AFAIK, they don’t have sales (at all).

I picked this up as one of the Waves freebies (with purchase) in the the past year, though I had to wait a bit before it was available as an option.

Thanks for the recommendation. Which version should I get? https://www.pluginguru.com/products/megamagic-pads-v1-for-unify/ https://www.pluginguru.com/products/megamagic-pads/ https://www.pluginguru.com/products/megamagic-pads-k5/ (I have K6)

Purchased.

That only applies to sound libraries. There’s no timeout on application downloads. So, it doesn’t apply to AmpliTube.

WURLI LIBRARY SHOOTOUT -- ALL LESS THAN $35 USD each - VOTE FOR THE BEST

Thanks for the thread. It has certainly increased my awareness of the Wurli/Wurly. I found this page to be interesting, which reviews a number of Wurlitzer plugins (breaks down the features of each plugin): https://adammonroemusic.com/blog/best_wurlitzer_vst_plugin.html Can anyone weigh in on the SampleTank Wurly Model 120 (since I have it)? -
The legacy V3 ToneBoosters plugins are available for free. https://www.toneboosters.com/support.html ReelBus v3 is included in the above installation. Very generous of them.
-
TONEX SE is now bundled with iRig HD 2, which is currently on sale for $99.99. Good deal for those looking to get SE.

Here’s another vote for IK’s Hammond B-3X. If you’ve got existing organ VIs, you can try adding the Leslie speaker sim from IK (in AmpliTube, TRackS, or Mixbox).
-
Additionally, MeldaProduction MTransient is free with any purchase at AudioDeluxe this month.
-
I appreciate the low price point of AA plugins. Picked up Classic Series for $8. FYI, looking at my current collection, the following are Apple Silicon compatible: Classic Series EX RVXX EX Shibalba EX Sigma EX The Crown EX The following are still not: AHM 5050 aIR Impulse Rack Blacksun BULLDOG Head Crusher ReAmp Studio

Are you talking about Wurly Model 120 library? https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/stwurlymodel120/ I would be interested in how it stacks up. -

Hm. I'm afraid that I might be locked into the Spanish language version. Has anyone tried it?

I’m in the same boat. I have everything else in Amp Room: Marshall Edition but the 2203. The upgrade price came out to $141 for me. Will wait as well.

Wait until Waves has the “Spend $90 get two free plugins” promotion comes around again, then buy a $99 Nx bundle (and get two free plugins). Not all the bundles are discounted at the same time, though, so you’ll have to be patient to get the Nx plug-in you want. Also, the free plugins selections change, so make sure the ones you want are available as freebies.

According to https://www.ikmultimedia.com/news/?id=BlackFridayMAX2022: The upgrade/crossgrade/new prices are all $199.99. Only the MAXgrade is $99.99.

Here's some reading material: https://gearspace.com/board/music-computers/1350275-comparison-vsx-mixingroom-realphones-sienna-sonarworks.html VSX is the gold standard. Look at Realphones if you want to use your own headphones.

Just FYI ... all except Abbey Road Studio 3. I remember when this collection came out that it was a notable omission.
-
Updated AmplTube and TONEX from IK Product Manager on macOS without incident. Thanks.

Exactly. It’s a plugin host optimized for live use without the overhead of a DAW.
