I was seriously considering getting Infinistrip for $49. Oh, well. At least I'm a bit more aware of zero latency plugins now. I'm mainly interested in using this plugin for live performance, either with electric guitar amp sims or virtual instruments in Gig Performer. I've been only using the guitar related plugins up to now but now I know I can use other zero latency plugins. For now, I'll delve into the zero latency plugins I have such as bx_console or SSL Native. MixBox isn't too bad ... though not zero latency, it can be pretty low depending on what's being used--just have to be aware which modules create latency. I was surprised to discover that Waves PRS amps have relatively high latency (90/175 samples @ 44.1) as most amp sims were 0 latency or pretty low.

MEGA-20-OFF plugin alliance 20 usd voucher RESET - used it AGAIN
ALC replied to Kreveta Puket's topic in Deals
Hooray for the $20 no minimum vouchers. There was a time that I ran out of plugins I could get for free, forcing me to look at the next level. Looks like I have more options now (new products). Hoping for two voucher resets. -
Intrigued. Trying to figure out if my existing plugins have the zero latency functionality that this has. Found this: https://community.gigperformer.com/t/zero-latency-plugins-list/10282

I realize I didn’t have this exact product, but had it via TR5 SE, so that’s probably why I was able to get it.

Got it, even though I already have it from a previous group buy.

Thanks. Discovered two of my Nembrini plugins had updates (Sound Master and Wah). I have 18 Nembrini plugins installed. Glad to have a plugin manager.

Upgrade from Intro/Lite is currently $239 ($399 normally).

I'm pretty sure it does--whenever I run one of the Magix programs, it pops up a dialog box of the latest upgrade offers (by default ... I usually turn off the notifications). Of course, it's not as good a deal as when it pops up as a Humble Bundle (several years later).

https://www.youtube.com/@Producergrind Subscribed, since I got the freebie.

Looks like all the discount plugin vendors (follow the links) have the discounted prices (though MSD itself hasn't updated): https://musicsoftwaredeals.com/?jsf=jet-engine:main&_s=FlexVerb&meta=filter-tag:active Take your choice of freebies/discounts. Update: MSD now shows the updated prices.

I've got 20+ reverbs (including Wave IR-L, NI Raum, Softube TSAR-1R, Exponential Excalibur, Nimbus, R4, and iZotope Neoverb). My current go to is Sunset Sound Studio Reverb. What does FlexVerb do that others don't? I do love the look and feel of SSL plugins, though. Or I should rephrase the question (for those who purchased it) ... @Marc Cormier@Jim Roseberry@RSMcGuitar@Bapu@lawajava What do you like about FlexVerb?

This is similar to TONEX, except the captures are amp only—you’ll need to load an IR (but it’s integrated in the plugin). It compares very favorably in terms of accuracy in YouTube comparisons. Currently, only 48 kHz sampling rate is supported. Such a great free option.

FYI, crispy tuner is still not Apple Silicon native.

Yup, they both came up in GP4 (AU and VST3), though you had to select to install VST3 "for Cubase compatibility". The same could not be said for their Crystal plugin (failed GP4 plugin scan).

For those (like me) wondering what it is: https://github.com/trummerschlunk/master_me#master_me master_me Automatic audio mastering plugin for live-streaming, podcasting and internet radio stations. Introduction With the first Covid-19 related lock-downs in 2020, many real-life concerts, conferences and festivals were forced into the digital domain - and sounded pretty crappy. Having worked for almost 20 years in audio mastering, Berlin based engineer Klaus Scheuermann started to develop master_me - a word fusion of automatic mastering and mini-me - in order to make open source streaming sound better. After a few weeks of learning and development, master_me was first used at the 'Quarantine Sessions' - a weekly distributed electro-acoustic improvised concert, hosted at Stanford's CCRMA Institute. master_me was developed further to be an easy-to-use tool for all live streaming applications. In 2022 it was funded by the Prototype Fund, an open source software funding initiative by the german ministry of education and research. A stable release is available since September 2022.

Now we can see more reasonable retail prices of the plugins. I wonder if these are their best selling plugins.
-
Anyone have experience with this? Seems like a possible use for the monthly $25 voucher.

Thanks for the idea. Trying out Strum Session into TONEX. Are there any compelling features GS-2 gives over Strum Session just using it as a front end for amp sims?
-
Good price. Nice to have Studio One mix engine fx integration. Are there any other 3rd party (non-PreSonus) products that support S1 mix engine fx?

? HoRNet VHS is now available - Get it for only 10,99€!
ALC replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
I’ve got Sienna, Waves NX Oceanway, and dearVR Monitor. I was going to pass on this, but reading on GS that VHS is 0 latency (all the others have significant delays) makes me interested in using it when tracking. And the price is much lower than the competition. -
Seems 80% is their sale sale discount. Usually it's 70%.

Thx. Updated Smasher--another plugin that I've forgotten about.

Best Service crossgrade to Cubase 12 is $186.50. I've been a user of Studio One for the past several years (started with 4 Artist, added Artist Booster Pack, then 5 Pro). Been intrigued by Cubase. Any compelling features?
