Both AmpliTube iOS and SampleTank iOS are still waiting for AUv3 support. Until they get updated, I'm holding off on spending anything on those ecosystems (though I really like SampleTank iOS otherwise). Using Nembrini or TONEX for guitar and Gospel Musicians Pure Synth Platinum or MKSensation Xtreme for ROMpler instead. I really like MixBox for iPad--got it at a previous sale. I mostly use it for Sunset Sound Reverb in the AUM (after amp sims). Just wish it were Universal (iPhone/iPad) so I can use it across the board. For me, on iOS, TONEX + MixBox + AUM (AUv3 host) has replaced AmpliTube (at least sonically). AmpliTube is better integrated though so it's easier to use.

I did the same for $18.

Purchased for $20, just for the four AAS libraries I don’t have yet.

PA UA Special ⚡️ Reverb, Modular FX, Vinyl FX, Bass Enhancement
ALC replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
Hopefully, they’ll be reprising all the deals at the end of the month to be able to mix and match deals to use the vouchers. -
You actually have more activations than from Deskew (it’s either Windows or Mac or pay more for dual license). The Deskew version bundles some plugins (TH-U and other freebies) but they’re more as examples than anything. You can always install the Deskew version to get those plugins. The templates are different to integrate the PA plugins. Aside from that, feature-wise, they’re the same.

D'oh. "GPU Audio Early Access Plugin can't be installed on this disk. macOS version 12 or later is required." I'm still on Big Sur/macOS 11.

That’s a great price. GP4 is my default app for hosting guitar plugins.

I clicked on the Twitter button but didn’t post the tweet. Purchased.

70% is their good sale price so 75% is better than usual.

This has been a much requested feature to be able to use the ToneX stomps. Thanks, IK.

Interesting that the bundle includes Sampleson Wursy but the product is nowhere to be found on their website: https://sampleson.com. I'm guessing it's a now discontinued product replaced by https://sampleson.com/reed106.html and https://sampleson.com/Reed200-Electric-Piano-vst.html... @PavlovsCat, thought of you since it's a Wurli.

It's $14.99 on sale without a coupon so you can even get a better deal by adding on another $19.99 plugin to be able to use the monthly $25 voucher.

Thanks. I had Puncher 2 Lite (freebie from 2020) but not Puncher 2. Not that I ever used it.

It’s a good deal for the price. Beware if you have OCD and are bothered by the intentionally misspelt preset names.

Ujam New Version Released: Finisher MICRO 1.2.0 Now Runs Natively on M1
ALC replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
If you don’t already have it, you can purchase it for free. https://www.ujam.com/finisher/micro/ -
Dear VR Pro is $99.99 right now. If one has (or can get hold of) a $50 or $75 voucher, then it beats $69. Otherwise, $69 is a better than what you can currently get from PA.

These products are available from Plugin Alliance, so if you’re patient, with the monthly voucher, you may be able to get these for less.
-
Congratulations! So, what plugins were used in the production of the track? You've managed to justify the purchases of all of them.

Thanks, IK. I appreciate that Apple Silicon Native support didn't require a paid version upgrade.

I ended up purchasing VST Live Pro for $50. It includes HALion Sonic SE 3 (with Pro/Artist/Basic), Padshop Pro 2 (costs $129.99 standalone), and Retrologue 2. I've been looking for a VST host for live performance (that's not a DAW) that's straightforward for others to pick up. For my own use, I've been using Gig Performer, but it's a bit complex for those not familiar with it (modes!). I like the VST Live GUI as it's built around sets/songs/part. Feels to be a cleaner design than Cantabile (granted I've only used Lite), Gig Performer, and Camelot. Gig Performer has the best plugin manager (being able to hide unused plugins)--I hope Steinberg can improve VST Live's plugin management. Addendum: more info ... I use Gig Performer for hosting guitar plugins and it's capable of handling complex flows. VST Live seems to be cleaner/faster for straightforward hosting keyboard/synth plugins (nothing complex, I just want piano/e-piano/organ/pads at the same time, and be able to adjust the levels, and swap them around, and recall configurations).
