  1. The nice3 thing about PA is if you already have a license they add 3 more to your account.
  2. No demo means it's not worth the money and they probably know that.
  3. Is it the installation itself? Maybe some of us can help you.
  4. As a brass player I find it almost insulting calling something Big Brass and having woodwinds as a picture. Even at the price it's not worth a gamble. It's lacking in description for a Kontakt product.
  5. You've got it all wrong. You buy this. Forgot you already have it.
  6. I would've jumped on this at one time. The reality of plugin hoarding is settling in. I think that's the case with many since PA gives a universal code for their $25 voucher. I wonder if I will see Waves ditch the WUP in my lifetime.
  7. Anyone ever use the drums in Komplete? Ujam? I never discount using loops since many of them now separate the sections. What I like about AD is when you buy a kit the engine is included. There are some of us who are too stupid to make their own drum parts. That's why they make these things.
  8. Eventually 8dio will probably offer a package at that price over even Spitfire will probably release some originals.
  9. I'll pass on this. It's way down the list. A SSD drive or two should be top priority along with cancelling debt.
  10. That reminds me to delete all of my Air stuff to reduce bloat and confusion.
  11. They have Z3ta soundsets. I find many of the endless sample packs to be of great value. Most have presets, midi, and not the 2GB bloat that is popular these days. It's a great candy store for electronic dance music.
  12. https://www.newegg.com/amd-ryzen-7-5700g-ryzen-7-5000-g-series/p/N82E16819113682?Item=N82E16819113682&Description=PPSSROOLGNRSDU&cm_re=PPSSROOLGNRSDU-_-19-113-682-_-Product&quicklink=true 65Watts, built in graphics, comes with a cooler. With the price of graphics cards these days if I wanted a budget build I'd go with integrated graphics. Plus it removes the annoyance of shopping around for a cooler.
  13. Definitely. At one time I had no idea Arturia was sample based. I am an Artuia fan boy I haven;t scratched the surface of V8 and effects.
  14. They also take up 20gb of space.
  15. I usually buy soundpacks and presets from them.
  16. I didn't really care for the sound of this from Spitfire. For the free Spitfire stuff I have another email account for system 3. I have not installed the Painobook version yet.
  17. But that's because you don't think like a sample developer. If this was at least 4GB I know of a forum were it would get the wow factor. This is like stuff you could do on your own.
  18. I could think of plenty of guitar gear for that price that doesn't rely on OS requirements or driver updates. As a wind player I could think of plenty of stuff.
  19. This has to be a fake. 225mb is not a Soundpaint library.
  20. Maybe one day I will buy everything he has. He also allows not so good reviews on his site. He's als one of the few developers who trusts the end user.
  21. There are a lot of developers who offer them but don't shove them on you except for Reason Studios.
  22. I decided to break down and use my voucher. I got Hawkeye because it was something that was different than the usual compressor or eq. I looks really colorful on a DAW. It's easy to avoid Waves deals than PA. You have to give PA some credit with the 3 machine limit and one of the best online authorizations.
  23. 13gb...............pass
