  1. We all have those, I work on mine while I wait for inspiration to hit. I'll save the "like" for the re-make/re-mix... t
  2. As always, you never fail to deliver; ?'s. Always the same sax player on your tunes? t

    my anger

You've got the riff and the groove, but as many (most?) have mentioned the intro begins to drag on. I feel the angst, you're getting that across. Needs some work, but there's a "foundation" here to work from. I do hope this is more exaggerated storytelling than purly autobiographical... tom
  4. I was "pretty good" at that this year, hopefully ?, I will continue on that path.... t in the meantime I have an Amazon subscription, and I'm constantly running out; hence the "impulse" buys I'm guilty of...
  5. I’m playing it “safe”. I don’t always freeze my guitar tracks, I guess because I often go back and re-amp tracks. I do mklink to my sample drives anything that takes up significant space on the C drive. In the case of Amp 4 & 5, over 3 gigs if memory serves. t consequently my old cat has Amp 3 4 5, Sonar 8 - Platinum; you get the picture...
  6. Wish you hadn't said that, I "need" an axe-fx like I need a bleeding xxxxx, well you get the point... t
  7. Without a doubt, it does what it does very well. I always struggle with the Clean voices. I want to hear that big glassy Strat from Wicked Games. Getting an amp to Drive like a fine Italian sports car; piece of cake.... t
  8. Maybe the Dumble, Trainwreck a bit of a "one trick pony"; IMHO. Not sure I can't get enough "Dumble-ish" from AT5 though, as all these sims are generally way too driven in the presets. Do I want/need it? Why am I asking you? t first impression, NO, but I guess I have until Midnight on the 31st to decide...
  9. Inquiring minds want to know. @Bajan Blue Maybe post some examples... t
  10. Ditto. Was going to rate Sunset as my #1, but I guess $ for $, it was the group buy. And as you said was the "sleeper" for me that really stands out! t
  11. No crits from me. Made me think of solo Paul Simon. ?'s tom Welcome to the forum
  12. Kinda like, if you try sometimes you get what you need? t
  13. So there is something "special" about a Vangelis bend? BTW, ? t
  14. Happy wife (or significant other), happy life. I think the gang has you pointed in the right direction. Good tune, needs a little work... t
  15. What are you using for the midi conversion? BTW, great playin' as always... Very cool stuff across the breakdowns. t
  16. A no-brainer at this price! t Back in March, with jammy points and gear credits, most of us are in it at about $95-100... So, again, a no-brainer at this price! did I mention No-Brainer?
  17. I love the bass on this, the kick, to my ears, is a bit much. The rest of the instrumentation is very good. Gotta agree with Mark, whatever is "going on" at that 1:50 ish mark is a bit off putting. tom
  18. Another good price, but I already own two! Did not "salivate" this time....? t
  19. <stupidquestion> Ok, stupid question (and I have read the entire thread and know you have tried every conceivable combination) have you "pushed" the "Live" button? I get no standalone sound without it engaged... </stupidquestion> t
  20. with a little T Petty vibe in the chorus. ? t have we heard Love Kept Them Together before? another ? on that
  21. IR’s are a part of the install download, Installed as CS before registering my Amp5 license. Yes I could have purchased gear that was not included in the CS version. All versions use the same install. Registering my AT5 serial unlocked all “included” gear. Install and check it out. I got the full AT5 license with the IK DI purchase. Built like a tank, not as “bright” as my Little Labs Redeye. I could/would have lived with CS until the “big” sale on AT5 inevitably comes. Long time AmpliTube user, never bought into “Max”. HTH t
