  2. Glenn, Do you use the Behringer to connect hardware to your UMC1820? If so, how useful has it been? Do you have a problem with all of the connection being in the front? Thanks for the information
  3. Hey folks, I made a big mistake ? I purchased a Focusrite Scarlett OctoPre to expand my Focusrite 18i20 Audio I/O so I could add additional hardware to my setup when I ran out of space. Well, I began setting it up with my second Warm Audio WA73-EQ and my Warm Audio WA 76 Comp to start, but I was unable to get the Scarlett OctoPre to connect the external Hardware to be used in Cakewalk by Bandlab or Studio One 6+. I contacted Focusrite on the matter and they informed me of the following, "Note that the OctoPre only has ADAT OUT ports on it, so it won't be able to receive any incoming signal from the 18i20. The line outputs of the Scarlett OctoPre are designed to mirror whatever is connected to the front panel respectively. I'd recommend looking into the Scarlett OctoPre Dynamic since this will offer more I/O expansion for your setup" What are some of you using to expand your current I/O to accept external hardware via ADAT?
  4. Sonar 6? ? Wow that was a while ago. Why not just download Cakewalk for Bandlab while it's available, cause it won't be for long when they go back to Sonar. CakewalkbyBandLab Read here for ~~> THE ANSWER, I rember that conversation like it was yesterday.

  8. It's a nice unit, however, I just purchased another WA73-EQ to give me a stereo pair in my studio.
  9. Not sure if it will be true to a Neve 1073 or even as close as my WA73-EQ preamp, but I want a stereo 1073 style preamp or clone to add to my master bus. As hardware goes, this will do nicely, as long as it turns on LOL ?
  10. Please see the post in the Gear Channel ~~> HERE

  20. Welcome to the Forum Wing it, Cakewalk by BandLab is an excellent DAW to use and you will receive great enjoyment from using it. If you get a new plugin or a new audio software, go to YouTube to learn how to use it. Most likely, it has been put there from others who have reviewed it already Here is a welcome gift a few of us got together to give to you. It's a free VCA Compressor from Softube. (Click the link to receive it) Again, welcome Wing It. ?
  21. El nuevo Cakewalk Bandlab debería estar disponible pronto. Lo han lanzado a los probadores beta y ahora estamos esperando que se informen y solucionen todos los problemas. Por cierto, no hablo español, estoy usando traductor.
  22. Wolfstudio53, Good to hear that you were able to resolve your problem ?
  23. You are missing something, but I am not sure what your are missing, In cakewalk I see it listed as itself, I don't open T-Racks to get to the plugin.
  24. Thanks Solidos, I'll have to check this out when I get home from work. ?
