I'm hoping for a non plasticky midi keyboard controller. Roland must be due a new one by now, but then again a non plasticky Roland seems to be a thing of the past. Scaler v2 supposed be released to coincide with NAMM so interested to see what has been done with that. I nearly bought v1 while it was cheap, but PIB wouldn't confirm that there would be upgrade pricing for v2 so I decided to wait.

I understand your reasons but I don't intend to inflict the pain of a new pc installation upon myself until I really have to - ie when the current one dies - so just seeking clarification re the software and win 7. If cakewalk stops working in win7 before it dies then so be it. I will remain at whatever version is the last until I am forced to change the pc.

I was looking at AR3 the other day as I can get a good deal on it, but couldn't see much in the way of a detailed demo video on YT. Nothing on Groove 3 either.Does anyone have/recommend it? Are there any better demo videos anywhere?
