  1. How to authorize this software?
  2. Does this mean it's good or bad? Not familiar with Sampletekk
  3. The Helios is a great sounding for guitars.
  4. Well, I have an update. It would appear that I have MGA. I d/l the latest update this morning, installed it and sure enough, there it was. Looks like the full version to me. It doesn't say LE or Beta. So it must be included with one of my bundles!! Shweet!! BTW, other than the link in the first post of this thread that Larry posted, I cannot find any info about MGA on the Melda site. So I don't know which of my bundles it is included with. And I have to go to a grandkids b'day party and cut grass today!! Dang!! Won't be till tonight before I get to check it out.
  5. I was logged in. But it was on my mobile phone. Maybe when I log in on my desktop I will see the offer? IDK. Will try this morning.
  6. Wait till they hand out the test!!
  7. Where didnyou find that at? I didn't see it this morning. It's Friday!! They want to go go go!!! LOL!+
  8. In the description of MGA, I found this: MGuitarArchitect contains all MTurboAmp and MCabinet devices. Therefore the users who already own any of the named above can upgrade to MGuitarArchitect at a significantly better price. I can find it no cheaper than the $105 intro price. I have MTA and MTC. Will have to send in a email for some clarity.
  9. Wow!! Edith must have suggested that!! Lol!+
  10. I have no idea. Never used Live. You win. I am done. Uncle.
  11. Naw, not stupid. Just making sure your getting the results you need. I use the C1 comp a lot. Very efficient and simple. It's very transparent. So I use it on almost anything to get levels under control. Abbey Roads Plates is my fav plate reverb. In fact a lot of the AR stuff is excellent. They are more of CPU 'user' than Waves other stuff. If you have never tried the Red EQ...
  12. Me too. Think this might be his best yet!
  13. Actually, this is what it comes down to. I did WUP once. I went from versions 9-12 to 13. Mostly to get the new features of the Studio Rack. Have ya'll really seen what that thing can do?
  14. No, never bonded with it at all!!
  15. Bring it on!! It will only add to the conversation!!
  16. Ya'll can give all the BS ya'll want. You can't take away the fact that Waves plugins sound great. You don't want to use them or buy them, great. I got no problem with that. That was in jest in case you didn't know. (see the LOL ?) I am not about to buy them again. But you are more than welcome to do so!! Waves need your business!!
  17. I know you know this, you don't have to buy WUP to keep using the plugins you buy today. JS And if history repeats itself, as it always has with Waves, when these plugins quit working because of incompatibility with a new OS, you can buy these same plugins cheaper than you could WUP them!! LOL!!!
  18. I have heard of this documentary. I enjoyed watching it. Even though I was not a Death Metal fan at all, I watched all the way to the end. Worth the watch
  19. Imma rip off Bit here: This is the Truth I Cling To: D = 4.72 x 10^-3 x (2pi/SV)[sin(M/T) - cos(M/2T)] dM/dt + e^[h(H'- H) sqrt(H/H')] x log (1/[SVT^2]) +/- msp
  20. From the UAD Store I can get the Mix Edition for $43, the Diamond Edition for $127. I can use the $50 off coupon on the Dimond Edition to bring it down to $77. Good times indeed!!
  21. You are correct. I had forgot about that.
  22. BTW, that's 83 plugins for around $2 each Here is a comparison of Horizon and the Platinum upgrade they had not long ago: https://www.waves.com/compare-bundles?ids=52-69
  23. But in music Production Suite 6??!! What da....
