I think you need to go to a " Bass Support Group"

Why Did Bandlab Change So Many Default Features From Sonar?
InstrEd replied to criticsconfession's question in Q&A
Changed that for you as I feel the same way at times -
Welcome to the land of DAW's ? CbB is very powerful but if you keep it simple not to hard to learn.
-
A few times a year. Maybe Labor day weekend.
-
Like it myself especially on my laptop. I'll definitely be checking it out when it releases.
-
That is o e of the reasons I have Mixcraft on my laptop. I love the Performance Panel.
-
But if you're starting out, the pro makes sense IMHO ?

No Microphone will help my voice ?
-
That is my feeling too.

I think it all comes down to workflow. I know Reaper is efficient but my brain seems more in tune with SO and CbB ?
-
Studio One has great video tutorials too

We have had two customers that won nice size multi million lotto jackpots and within several years spent most of it all. Sadly it wasn't with us I'm thinking if you just put 25% in an index fund you most likely be set. For both winners take home check after taxes were over 4 million dollars!

Thanks Jerry for lifting my spirits for the day

FREE! Very nice Wurli electric piano library for the FREE Decent Sampler.

You summed up might thoughts too especially on Mr. Charles! -
Maybe that is what scared Larry away. I miss Larry's engagement on this forum too.

Okay you have a very valid point. It is just other DAW 's like Mixcraft Pro 9 have a nice tutorial section as does Presonus for Studio One. I do like choice though
-
I think the starter screen in CbB should have some of Cactus Music aka John's tutorial videos Highly recommended. Also google "Creative Sauce Cakewalk" for another great resource on CbB!

Jim charges for consultation but I don't know how much his fee is. Email him and ask. I heard it was very reasonable for his services. Jim really isn't over-priced for his systems IMHO. If you price it out yourself on Newegg, Microcenter, etc you will be able to see that yourself. Jim has been apart of this community from the Cakewalk before Sonar days. He built the PC-DAW's for Sweetwater and helped them setup the Sweetwater Creation Station DAW's. I guess because I built computers in the past I know what a good computer costs and Jim is several hundred dollars more for his services. Peace Studio Monkey

I built several computers when I was younger and I agree the statement that "I just don't feel like building them anymore" @Jim Roseberry I have to commend you for keeping up with the tech. How many decades now has it been?

Yes, Jim! ?

watched the video and liked what I saw and heard. Glad I brought Kontakt 6 on sale last year finally
