I had to limit my caffeine intake too. Still have it in the morning but maybe a small cup late morning but none in the afternoon. I also will have some tea that has caffeine in the morning instead of coffee sometimes. Herb tea is my evening tea. Hard to give it up completely but with my other health issues I was advised to limit caffeine intake. Now that I don't have it later in the day I'm sleeping much better. I have found a few Herb Teas that I enjoy. If you are new to tea buy a variety box to try them to find one you like.

Also look at https://acoustica.com/mixcraft/videos Another companies DAW that has some good videos to watch. If you understand one DAW you should be able to understand the basics of another DAW. Also if you catch Mixcraft on a sale price it is a very good value IMHO. Welcome to CbB world.

Seems that way for us older farts that are use to freezing tracks or rendering them to save CPU strain if necessary. For my simple needs in the present my2n1 laptop with a AMD Ryzen 5700u usually if fine. My only problem is the small screen if I don't have the external screen hooked up.
