I enjoyed the overall vibe of the track; melodies / chords are very nice. As suggested I would try using reference tracks to get your ears 'acclimated'. This might help get your mix as you've said sounding less 'digital' & balanced..start with the bass & drums. I'm listening on my laptop with a pair of avg. cans (Sony MDR-7506) To my ears the sax sounds stereo & too wide (I hear some notes getting panned far right).. the drums narrow in comparison ( not necessarily a bad thing) . The piano & ac gtr. both stereo which is fine but gives my ears that kind of out of phase/ blurry sound ( I have hearing issues though!) You might try using a balancing plugin (eg. pan one a touch Left, the other right) or a combination to get more definition between the 2. As far as 'changing it 100 times' sometimes you just need to get away from a project for a while. When you get back things might just fall into place easily.
