I wonder if they've finally sampled Sandra Bullock?
-
Sounds like historical low to me!
-
Nice. I had the rest of the Kramer products from before so this completes the collection.

APD Deal: Virtual String Machine by GForce Software - 69% Off!
Kirean replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
I was temporarily tempted but kudos to your GAS-repellent, I think I'll manage. -
Reward wallets are only used to get down to base price. They can't be used to pay for the whole thing.

It's me getting shafted as always ?

The cheap noodles I ate today really made me feel content about buying Falcon, then.

When I log in, it's 49 euros. Will this be part of the FX Bundle in the future? Edit: Seems like it will be. There's an offer for me to upgrade from FX3 to FX4+Motion for 129 buckaroonies.

I used to write reviews for an (underground) magazine years ago. Back in the early 2000s it was still doable and I had plenty of energy to seek out new music outside of the writing gig on my own. But with the point of entry getting easier and easier as years progressed, it really didn't take too long for the amount of stuff to be impossible to check out (let alone write about) in our lifetime. And that was well before social media/streaming was a thing (in the form it is today). Before, the labels curated some of that flow but when they were taken out of the equation and self-released material was cheap enough to do, produce and release... even the bands began to forgot to ask themselves if the material was good enough for consumption... Anyway. There's still plenty of great new material being put out every day. Just gotta hope you randomly/accidentally stumble on it.

Bandcamp has been my go-to place for music purchases. Then again, I go against the grain nowadays as I don't subscribe to any music streaming service as for some reason, I like to "own" my music collection (even digitized my CD collection, luckily never went too deep into vinyl). The site could use a few improvements, mainly deeper file details. There's plenty of hi-res music on BC that's not marked or otherwise advertised, at better prices than on dedicated 'hi-res' music selling platforms (not that my ears or setup can make out the difference between 16/48 and 24/192). Wish more labels & bands would also use them. I've also made discoveries through it since often there's related recommendations under a specific album that might tickle similar tastes.

Sad. Mine is only valid until 7.99

As a clarification: You get a voucher that you can use at any time. You don't need to use the voucher when you pay for the sub. But the voucher only works if you've got 10 plugins in your cart.
-
Every time I see someone putting six or more bottles of high shelf wine into the cart I think to myself "Bro, you won't taste the difference after the 2nd bottle."
-
You have to buy all 10 plugins at the same time if you pay for the full year in advance.

Since I'm in the hobbyist-wtf-am-i-doing category, the coupons were a heavy motivation to even consider buying something. Without sales or extra coupons, I wouldn't have bought nearly as much. Kinda like those Universal Audio plugins. It's not like I probably need them with my know-how (or know how to get most out of them), but at ~14 bucks (or less) a pop, even if I don't end up using them all that actively, it's not the end of the world. But never would I have paid the MSRP for them, and neither will I pay that for Plugin Alliance plugins (when I don't generate revenue from my 'investment'). Of course, perceived value (to me) is also a thing. I didn't mind spending on Falcon just now since it was on sale and from what I gather, it's one of the top of the line synths out there and should keep me quite occupied. And even with my skill, I can get random noises out of it hammering on with my butter fingers, whereas spending ~100+ bucks on a single EQ (where you might need a bit more experience to really see a difference) is a bit of a harder sale. Even if it's a top of the line product. Now, if I generated money with this, then it would be a different story of course since things might go from 'nice to have' to 'need to have'. And from what I gather, plugin prices have only come down in the past recent years due to competition etc? At least for years I thought things were out of my reach. But I digress. Hope Plugin Alliance doesn't get rid of their sales and vouchers because there's still a few products I'm eyeing. Even if I don't *really* need them. And if they do get rid of it and start forcefully raising their "perceived value", then well, then they're not for me.

It only seems to work if you buy something more expensive. For example adding Rex Brown in the library opened up Bassforger or whatever for 13. But if you remove Rex from the cart, you lose the deal.

Well, that's it. I'm officially broke. Falcon 2 + packs and then Asteroid and few more packs with the coupon. Oh and, @cclarry stop posting. Please. There's only so much macaroni and ketchup I can eat...
-
Has Falcon ever gone below 50%?

It's a personal crossgrade code. Edit: Code can be found in one's account if, I suspect, they bought Drumazon 2 some time ago.

So I had to upgrade to 1.0.8 in order to access my software and antivirus software still lit up during installation due to "Trojan Lokibot" (or "Trojan.TR/AD.SessLogger.tixjz") found in availability.exe.

Cheers. Guess I got too bored before scrolling the privacy policy right to the very end.

I've seen 2B's plugins here and there and on sale multiple times in the past few months, but I haven't seen a single comment or video talking about them. Must be hard getting noticed. Edit: On that note, personally, I feel a bit iffy if a company doesn't seem to clearly state who they are or where they're located.

You need to release a double album. Disc 1 for gray and disc 2 for silver.
