Great Job ! You nailed that chugging rhythm guitar and drums. I thought is was Very true to the original especially the intro. I thought some of the backing vocals were a little dry and maybe just a tiny bit too forward in the mix in a few spots. Enjoyed it .. mark

Incredible ! Best of both . I wouldn't know where to start for proper EQ on this voice. Definitely have their own sound. mark

I like the power of this track and the way it's wide open from the intro. All of the players sound Very talented , I especially liked the Nashville style lead work. Very Nice mix and master ! The lead singer sounds like she's spent a lot of time outside of Norway , if not she sure has perfected that US southern accent. Loved it .. Great job .. mark

Lee , I think this is "by far" your best work. I can't believe how relaxing and smooth it is given the subject matter. You have created a Great convincing song from the heart . Loved the vocals and especially the harmony parts at the outro. I'm wondering how you pulled off the pedal steel sounding track ? Thanks for sharing this . I truly hope you feel better soon .. spring is here , that always makes me feel better. mark

Great writing and Very well performed. I Really liked the Bass. It sounded Authentic if it was a virtual instrument , it was a Nice one .. mark

Great Job ! I Really like the Big reverb on the vocals. It works Very well on this particular song . Well sung and Beautiful harmony. If you are looking for any suggestions .. I would look at the length of the harmony voice on the word "door" in the choruses. I felt like it was held out too long . Maybe just a cut and fade on the tail end letting it shut down with the main vocal would make it sit better. I sure wouldn't re sing it . Just my first impression.. Nice bass line and overall mix as well. Enjoyed it .. mark

I don't remember ever having to use email to "activate" Cakewalk by Bandlab , only Bandlab assistant. Once Cakewalk is opened you can set it up to get email notifications for different things "if" you want to receive them.

Loved the fretless and the guitar tones and treatment. Top notch Everywhere! mark

Anders , Fantastic job on the vocals , especially the high bridge parts. A Very smooth and solid mix. Enjoyed it .. mark

Great cover ! You sure captured the unmistakable JT picking style. He has gifted us for decades and you did a great tribute. Really enjoyed it .. mark

My latest mastering tip is - just send it to Gary Brun..

Beautiful down to earth song. I really liked the country vibe you put in this one. I think you would do *Very Well* on one using bluegrass instruments with a mountain music feel , especially with your vocal talents. This was a Very impactful one Enjoyed it .. mark

Jimbo , Great fun song and great timing . Got a couple of friends coming in from the west coast and one from Hawaii. One more round before we're all gone.. Thanks .. mark

I Loved this one Jack. The change at 1:45 was brilliant! A Lot of Great sounds in this. Highly impressed with the mix as well. Nice ending . mark

Very nice .. you left me wanting to hear more. Bridge to Somewhere was also very impressive . Enjoyed the production .. mark

Peter , the point I was trying to make (but didn't do a very good job of it) , was about the "verses" you sang after doing the chorus. The chorus was sung Great , and so was the following Verse. If the first verse was sung with the conviction that the last verse had , I think you would bring this song up to a new level. Thanks .. mark

Very Nice. Sorry I was late to the party on your last posting of this song. I thought the mix was Very good. One thing I noticed was at the chorus , you seemed to really get your vocal confidence up and sang everything with more power and conviction all the way to the end. I've learned that when this happens to me , I immediately re-sing the first verse after finding my spot. Great Job .. mark

I thought this was a Very solid start on a good song . The drums were Very Nice and you've got a head start on most of us in that department , even if you had to use a virtual kit at some point , being a Real drummer you would still be ahead. Hopefully you can locate your mics , I thought your vocals were Real Nice but would be a lot better if captured differently. Can't wait to hear more of this . Enjoyed it mark

What a Great song to cover ! You guys did a Fantastic job capturing the essence of the song. Nice guitar treatment and spot on vocals. I agree with PhonoBrainer about the vocal panning and I thought the ending was too abrupt. That being said , I think you did a Great Job. I Really Liked it. mark

Good to see you back with another creation. A nice "feel good" one for sure. I enjoyed the listen. mark

Jack , Great job on the guitars and overall mix. Really Nice! mark

Very Tranquil. Enjoyed it a Lot. I do think the L/R guitars could be narrowed a little (headphone listen) and maybe a little ambient processing. Check out ambient (acoustic) guitar by "Chords of Orion" on his you tube channel. Very nice song. mark

Wonderful sounding guitars . I Really liked the low end in this one. Could use a fade at the end. Great work .. mark

Amazing transformation ! Re- singing it made a Massive difference. An increase of a couple of bpm can be pretty transparent , but I've ne never seen it work on vocals. The entire mix sounded Way better. I Loved the outro. If it was there on the first mix it didn't have the impact this mix has. Maybe a little more thickening or "saturation" on the main vocals would be the only thing I would try for trying to raise the bar a even more. Fantastic song ! Enjoying it .. mark
