As for the first part, a to is a too is a 2/two, I'm happy with either or, I care not, the general meaning gets through, so the little squigglies, well, they get treated with the same or perhaps less regard. Part 2, yes and no, it's more like 4 drawers with a large mirror in the center with curvy bits from mirror to edge. Thick curvy legs.

Insta Buy, first impressions very nice?

So are you saying that this is in addition to stopping the Nag Screen/Prompt, can you supply the link, it doesn't matter to me personally as I'm not a user, but I pass on information to others who are not in a position to get such information themselves and I don't want to be giving them any erroneous information. So a/the link to such information would be good.

I don't think that is correct "Cakewalk, a historic and pioneering name in digital audio workstations (DAWs), is excited to announce that Cakewalk Next and Cakewalk Sonar have exited public beta and are available worldwide exclusively through BandLab Membership." https://bandlabtechnologies.com/news/cakewalk-software-exclusively-available-bandlab-membership/ Clearly states that Cakewalk Next and Cakewalk Sonar have exited Public beta. Also that quote you used and attributed to me should actually be contributed to John Vere.

After I build my 2 new PCs in the second half of this year I'm going to get myself matching Strat and Tele, Lake Placid Blue. I remember when I was about 18 seeing this Lake Placid Blue Stratocaster hanging on the wall behind the counter of the music store, I can picture that moment to this day, 42 years ago it was, man it was a beautiful thing. Had all sorts of guitars since, Les Pauls, Schecters, Paul Reed Smiths, and a Black Stratocaster in there, but never the Lake Placid Blue, don't know why, I certainly could have, perhaps the style of music I drifted in to. If I don't dp it soon it will be pointless, I'd say in about 5 years if I make it that far, I will have lost control of my fingers/hands to the extent that it would be pointless to even try to play, maybe I could just put them in stands or on the wall and look at them

But just think what it will be like when you update your PC. ?

Just curious, but wouldn't that a long stretch to say just because they are removing a 'Nag' screen, that they are changing their minds and giving full access to CbB forever, don't want to be a Debbie Downer but that doesn't seem to follow? To me it seems like drawing a very long bow.

PSA 3 If you aren't happy with your plugins calling home to re-auth every 7 days, go elsewhere.

or . . . . $58.79 at JRR with code GROUP
-
You can get it (MAX) for $64.32 at Best Service now (that's $50 isn't it?) and MSD shows the lowest price being $63.78 on Nov 16, 2023 @ 12.22.02 PM (approximately)

It's not much of a FAQ, and I'm sure you must have seen it and perhaps just overlooked it, anyway, it's at the bottom of the Sonar page https://www.cakewalk.com/sonar and the part quote I used is in the FAQ entitled 'Is Cakewalk Sonar replacing Cakewalk by BandLab?' Happy days ?
-
From the FAQ "Cakewalk by BandLab will continue to be free without a subscription requirement. While the software will continue receiving essential maintenance updates, no new feature development is planned as we prioritize advancements in Cakewalk Next and Cakewalk Sonar." I'd take that as they would likely take care of the MS changes?

You can buy whatever you need (mostly) from 3rd party sellers, JRR being probably the most comprehensive collection. The selling of the Studio One addons etc have been given over to the 3rd party vendors while the new PreSonus Shop site gets done. -

So what is it . . . , the comb over?
-
Yes, I was being somewhat facetious ? like they may as well have, but not really. I find it a little amusing watching those who were once sworn against subscriptions slowly come over to either the monthly or yearly, of course if you said anything 'it was only until the perpetual license arrived' ? Hook, line and sinker ? Bandlabs (Cakewalks) master plan is slowly falling into place mwuhahahahaha ?

They already have haven't they.

My mother had some furniture, wardrobes and I can't think of the name of the other thing, I can barely think of my own name, anyway they were covered with repeating patterns eerily similar to B and F# there, with variations and other parts joining everything together. The more I look at it the more it becomes more than eerily similar. Solid heavy bastards of things they were. If I didn't pass up any inheritance and be on my way disappearing back to my place of belonging, cutting off ties with all but my sister in law, perhaps I could of had them. Thanks for the memories ?
