Reminds me of a modern "tubular bells" must be the groove at the beginning. Strings sounded a little tinny on my Focals... but I think that was your intention? I liked it.

Thank you Bjørn. It was really hard to sing as my emotions wouldn't let me stay in tune ?

Inspired by @smoddelm post about playing a song at his daughters wedding. This the one my daughter wants to sing at hers... so I thought it would give it ago and see if I could do it. Few out of tune place... but Ill fix that later.

I had to listen to this track without watching the video. Very different. I have never tried a drug in my life... but Im sure this would be the song to try it too while watching the video. ?

I really enjoyed this tune. Thomas Dolby inspired? My era.

? I think you have done your daughter proud,,,, I would be honoured if my daughter asked me to compose something for her wedding. She has talked about me singing at her wedding... but I think I would just cry my eyes out. Wishing you all a fantastc day.

Hi Bill. I agree of the point made about a few more minor chords. We all paint different pictures... Crows and rain... impending doom ? I could hear all the instruments well.. and the mix seems very "wide" but on my speakers it is like there is no center image as the track progresses. I also listened to the tack in mono. Is the bell center and then you pan it in steps to the right side? Loved the pulsating bass and I really liked your Fragile Magick track too. I must admit I love listening to this kind of music.

HI. I did listen to half of your song. It is very different ? To be real honest I could not listen to it all as it sounded like a noise to me (but I am 55 years old) ? It was like I was trapped in a space Invaders game and I couldn't understand the speeches... the more I tied too... the more noisy it seemed to get. Don't be disheartened by my critique... just being honest with you and to let you know that I did listen to your track. All the best. Gary

Thanks everyone for your comments... really appreciated. Gary

I was thinking of adding a voiceover at the end... "It is finished" Thanks for the listen and bomments folks.

@emeraldsoul thanks for listening. I'll have ago at raising the volume as suggested. Thanks for taking the time to listen.

Lonely Walk Soundcloud A classical piece written by my son a few years ago. It is about Christs journey to the cross. I've updated it with new orchestral samples. This is not the final mix but shows a project soon to be finalised. Would value your thoughts and opinions as always. Gary

Hi Paul. The greatest songs come from the heart… is it a true story... because it certainly feels like that? I think there are a few out of tune phrases… but in my opinion I think that gives the "from the heart" feeling. I had to play the song a second time... there is something about it. Well done-

Nice tune. ? Synth sound too bright for me on my monitors but playing is nice. Bring down the bass a little bit more?? Reminds me of one of those songs that you used to hear when you went to Spain on holiday. ? Maybe its just me… but has an 80's vibe to it.

Great Praise song. in my humble opinion I think the vocals are too forward. I would like to hear more reverb on the intro and more of the rhythm section. A little more ummmphhh ? The bass could work a little harder. ? With the bass raised and more kick... it would make you want to dance. Well done.

Very nice... Instruments are spaced well. You did well my friend. Loved the cello.

Very nice... I listened on Spotify. Which samples are you using for the ethereal vocals? Very nice composition.
-
I liked this. You captured the feeling of floating on a river... then it got a little rough ? Maybe the drums could feel a little bigger and a little wetter?? But that is just my take... still believe its a nice piece.

Very cinematic sound... to me sounds good on my Focal Trios. To be real honest it is not my type of mind set as I couldn't put myself in imagining such scenarios and music takes me places I would like to go so to speak. ? But hey, everyone to their own and I wish you all luck with your project that is well put together. All the best, Gary

@Douglas Kirby Thanks for taking the time to listen. I wasn't working on the mix... as its just from band practise. I will record it properly soon.

I thought this was a clever song especially with the chords.
