Another song I wrote taken from band practise.Warts and all. I like showing how songs progress... keeping a record from the practise. Value comments as they are all helpful. Great song and the lady has a great voice... reminds very 1940 -1950 with the harmonies. I would love to have a go at mixing the song. Well done.

@freddy j I liked this one. Like your guitar playing and vocals. Would to love to hear some of your songs with live musicians... I reckon you would really come a live. ?

Hi @Pcode Nice mix. Panning and delays are great. My personal preferance I would take the distorted guitar down a little bit in level and bring up the precussion a little more with sparkle. I dont know what you are singing about... is the vocal meant to be back in the mix?

I have listened to quite a few of your songs. To be real honest its not my syle and I find it difficult to listen too.. You definatly have a style of your own that I cant really say I can find a parralel.

HI Tom. I liked it. Didnt think the snare was to loud. I agree about widening and slightly thickening the piano a little bit more. On my Focals Trios there seems a lot more space to fit it in. Like the way at 2.52+ your panning of the drum... different. ? Dont think the synth bass is taking up too much room... I would like to give it a little more oomph. ?

@Wookiee send me your Notion or midi file and Ill run it through my Spitfire or Cinesamples collection. ?

Thanks for listening @SPAK I agree its very thin and also the members of the band are insecure... first time really doing the song live. The guitarist (who also playes the hamonica) gets severe stage fright.. The only way to over come this is exposure and going out and doing things. The band rely heavily on me a s a front man.. @Bob Oister Hi Bob. Thanks for the comments. I didnt delete the tip becasue you hadnt answered me ? I thought maybe I was maybe coming accross as a little bit of a big head.... (Im not like that) as I also posted on another thread a tip. Thought that if people share what they do to correct things, I thought it would make the area more interesting and help people improve on their mixes. So seriously Im not offended. I have one internet forum that I run has over 25000 members so I have a very think skin. Promise it wasnt becasue you hadnt responed ... but thanks for thinking about me anyway ?

that’s very true. i have 2 dogs, three cats, 5 horses and a wife! I am willing to trade the wife for another dog. check this out and see if you have the same problem. Lock wife and dog in the boot of your car for an hour so. Which one is pleased to see you when you open the boot???
