When a reply gets flagged as needing to be approved, why can't we just edit it to fix the issue? Because I used a word that shouldn't be an issue in the first place ("F edEx"), I went back to edit the post after seeing the "Approval required" red. But it says the post must be approved before I can edit it! That's just wrong!
