Lucky you! The generator below was supposed to come with the house but, the day before I was to get my keys, the previous owner stole it (long story!). The did leave me the $1,800 transfer box though (which holds the batteries and handles the switch from power company to generator). Fortunately, Troutdale had just had its electric put underground so I didn't have as many issues.

I had a separate credit card that was ONLY for use in buying their ads and it was declined a few months in because, get this, they (Facebook) believed there were questionable charges on it! SMH... After many attempts to get a real human to talk to me on the phone (not possible, though it should always be possible if I'm paying money), a guy messaged me and, after a few back and forths, I found out he was only 19 and had ZERO clue about anything. That was the last time I was an account on Feckbook. I don't miss it!
