Never had to deal with nuns, but I once had a substitute teacher slam a ruler onto my desk in 6th grade. My instinctive reaction resulted with him now having two pieces of ruler and me heading to the Principal's office where I was "scolded" with the 'ol wink and a nudge and a whispered "Good job!"
As if mixed signals weren't confusing enough for a kid!
@Wibbles Ultramarine reminds me a lot of the Orb (hmm... Ultraworld, Ultramarine... Coincidence?).
Unfortunately, except for a few of their songs being used on compilation albums, I don't have any of their albums (and they appear to be quite hard to find!).
I've only gone there once that wasn't in conjunction with a tournament of some kind that I was in, but I still remember looking out of my hotel window at the city and couldn't help but think how dead it appeared even with all those lights flashing away...
I'm 58 next year. I actually made big increases in my health over the last couple of years.
Ironically, I now eat MORE eggs and fat than I used to, but have mostly cut out grains (which turn to sugar when ingested) and sugars (especially pure crap like high-fructose corn syrup which is just as addictive as cocaine).
YMMV!
Except any actual professional knows to only use positive suggestions (because your subconscious mind doesn't translate negatives well).
So...
YOU ARE WELL AND HEALTHY!!!

It's pretty high-class considering a cardboard box on the street in San Fran, sitting next to raw feces, used drug needles and other homeless people rents for $1,500 a month...
BTW - I now have thousands of these including several saved from here. They're all on my phone too and get sent out regularly as texts when appropriate. ?
You made that one Kenny? Good job! ? If I knew that, I definitely WOULD have given you credit!
However, I found that one several months ago by doing a Google search, liked it and saved it. I've also created a lot over the years and it's kind of cool to see others using them. ?
