I have yet to find any Greek yogurt that wasn't either still full of sugar or was low/non-fat (which, ironically, is a great way to stay fat and get heart disease!). I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but only when something I'm cooking calls for milk. I definitely have quite a bit of yogurt (whole-milk and unsweetened only, to which I add unfiltered, raw, local honey). I also enjoy cheese on some foods.
