Help - Cakewalk Activation Error after 2023 09 update

I've been using Cakewalk for a long time. 
This time, when I updated to 2023.09, it was not activated.

Even if I execute Sign in to Bandlab from the Help menu, the situation does not change.
Not Activated message keeps appearing. 
The content of the Help menu has changed to Sing Out from Bandlab.
From this, it seems that Cakewalk is aware of Sing on.

I tried both Edge and Chrome as browsers for Sing on.
I also tried disabling the firewall. But the result is the same.

Is my method wrong?

I'm glad Cakewalk is working hard  to resolve your issue, which is the same as mine but it looks like Im not getting the same support. Maybe your using windows 10?

 

They just sent me a  suggestion to upgrade my OS, which I cant do on this machine. I need this Win 7 machine to function for  a reason.

I'm not asking for win 7 continued software support or NoSupport.JPG.25a6a189dca5a7d737920cd92ef86a03.JPG anything other than the installer to work or provide an offline activation for 2023.09.

Looks like that's not going to happen for me.
