Andres Medina Posted April 26, 2022 Share Posted April 26, 2022 Somehow, my track templates folders are not updating inside CW, in this specific scenario: Id I add a new folder or change the content in nested folders, they are not updated in the "Insert from Track Template" menu that pops when right clicking an empty space in the track pane. Not even after restarting CW. BUT they are correctly updated when using "Insert/Track Template" from the top menu. May be this a bug? (the number of subfolders inside my track template folder is greater than 24: there is a limitation on this count?) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
msmcleod Posted April 27, 2022 Share Posted April 27, 2022 This may be the Windows bug that prompted us to change some of the menus in the track view to the new style menus. Windows menus used to have a limit of around 4000 items, but since Windows 10, this has been reduced to around 1200. The bug was raised with Microsoft around 11 years ago, but they've not done anything about it ( it's actually got worse! ). If you've a lot of templates or subfolders, it could be hitting this limit.
