Why did my Cakewalk screen go crazy?

I touched something and my Cakewalk screen went crazy.   A screenshot is below.  It looks like it undocked the Multidock and moved it to the top of the screen with the basic Cakewalk underneath.  I can't get to any controls at the top to re-size or re-dock.  I guess it's because I don't have the recomended screen size.  I will try to adjust my screen settings.  Maybe then I can fix it.  Is there a shortcut for "Undo Crazy Screen Configuration"?

Problem solved.  I found a place near the top where I could grab the Multidock (I think that's the name) and pull it down back into docked position.

It looks like what you accidentally undocked was the Control Bar. Your Multidock is empty and docked at the bottom in your screenshot.
