The Windows installer is a totally non-intuitive, minimalist piece of garbage.
It doesn't tell you crap. Unless you've read the User Guide (and who reads the UG just to install a plugin?) you're left wondering WTF happened and how did I bollix that up? 
Looks like the only VST installed is a 64 bit VST3 version.
If there is a VST2 version is installed I haven't found it yet looking in the usual places and I don't feel like searching my whole system for it.

When you run the VST3 it'll ask for the sample folder location which you'll need to have manually placed somewhere.
As far as installing things the User Guide only has minimal info on installing - for example doesn't tell you what VSTs get installed.

A real installer could have done the whole job elegantly.  Or at least displayed coherent instructions.
