Yep, and here is why sometimes insane security mode gives a benefit... Most antivirs shows downloaded file as clean... Well, in some generous interpretation it can be considered like this ... However it is not exactly what promised. Virustotal showed some suspicion about it so I just deleted it and forget... In this case I would say those exotic scanners were right about it not those good known... For me such behavior is unacceptable. Any sneaky action is... Anyway how can I trust a source which clearly hiding something to earn some money on me? Maybe in few months they will go step further? We are so greedy about free things... GAS and collectors syndromes are proliferating it even more My IT experience about security says 'never build your security policy on just assumptions without insane checking'. Anyway after second thoughts did I really need it? Or maybe built-in algorithm in GAS chip was triggered 'free so get it, maybe it will be useful'

Thanks when I am back at home in few days I will try with loopbacks. Not sure now if tried it. Yes, it is working. But I prefer when in entertainment mode use Windows Volume slider. Little bit faster and operating together with multimedia commands and keyboard. And well, I would expect as in any other interfaces I ever use after install drivers Windows Volume slider is working without any hacks, Thanks, this is not for me unfortunately. No MIDI device at hand when out of 'prod' mode. I have multimedia keyboards and like to use multimedia keys But RME after install keeps Windows volume control useless in my case (both for keyboard and mouse Thanks, I will take a look if it would be improvement in my case.

Zo, I have only 1 interface connected to that PC so I guess it is no way not to be default... Windows volume control behaves like controlling nothing. I can of course use RME controlls, panel is active every time (like I have any choice in this case and working but Windows built-in slider is little bit faster reachable so would give a little bit experience. If I changed volume just 1 time per week it would not be any problem but ate rate few times per day gives irritation coefficient too high

About ASIO RME drivers I agree it is true... Never any problems noticed and drivers were regularly updated even quite long time after my model was discontinued ( RME FF400 at one of my PCs). But about 'entertainment' drivers they are not so good about integration. After few reinstalls (including whole OS, both win7 and win10) and tries I gave up and was forced to accept they are not cooperating well with Windows inbuilt controls (as trivial as volume inbuilt control)... Great card, great ASIO performance and ease management by RME controls but... Well maybe I expect too much... As my comps are not dedicated only for music prod... They are kind of universal and for everything (expect games for which I have different separate BIOS profiles). And I do not tend to use many interfaces on single computer.

Even if they only told us what plugins were planned to discount it would be very helpful. If I am sure at a moment this is only thing in month I am interesting in I can make my decision and stop wasting time and be in uncertainty state what is not pleasant to be honest... But I am afraid they will be not interested in it as if I am sure no deal for me this month I will pass my voucher to somebody else to make him happy and not to waste voucher In fact after few years buying I have not a very long list of PA plugins I would like to have what makes my position really uncomfortable like trying to win lottery.

Yup , agreed My strategy in last year was to earn for better voucher... But now I could think it would be better to have old good voucher. But this is the first deal so too early to say anything. I just wish not to end every month waiting till the very end of the month in hope for deal I like... Or just to discover after few months no deals for me and voucher gone unused. Or pass my voucher not to waste it and discover last minute deal brings something like Shadow Hill with great price having that voucher The system is keeping us to wait till the end so restricting vouchers exchange. While I am really ok with spending some money to PA for their plugs not hoping for free things I hate wasting time and uncertainty and lack of possibility to plan expenses somehow Well, welcome to PA lottery I will be probably on the same boat. What is funny with these new voucher system... now if I had $25 voucher I could get it for $25 what would be not bad... However if I spent more money last year in PA shop and had $50 (so limit 75) I would not have any interesting possibility... As with just single 24h deal I see nothing interesting to combine in that way to get similar deal like for $25 voucher...

Hm, looks like I was a lucky guy this time... I installed update despite of (I know it is stupid) having very short dealine for a contest project. But nothing wrong happened and it still worked... But I didn't used a single VSTi in this project (what is often nightmare for me if RAM is getting low CbB is crashing just like that) and had very huge buffer set (wanted to enjoy my BF AA plugins acquisition)...

In fact it is ways too pricey for me as I have no account on insta by purpose
