Both the Gran Vista Black & Blue and Carbon themes have now been updated to support GUI modifications in CbB 2019.09, i.e. the addition of an Auto Crossfade button in Track View.
Additionally, the colour of Selection Markers (a.k.a. ”That new green selection bar thing”) has also been modified in order to give better contrast against the timeline. The previous dark gray colour has now been changed to green, same as in Tungsten. In addition to increased contrast, this will also give better conformity with the end user documentation. However, if you don't like that change, do let me know; I'm not totally convinced myself so if enough numbers ask me to go back to dark gray, I might consider doing so.
As always, download the modified themes from the links supplied in the OP. You will also find a link to a newly added release history pdf there.

How to create ghost channel ?
The term “ghost channel” isn’t used in Cakewalk so you won’t find any reference to that in the documentation. However, I assume that you mean the possibility to see notes in MIDI tracks other than the one that is currently selected in the Piano Roll View (PRV).
If so, read up on working with multiple tracks in the Piano Roll View using the following link: https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=EditingMIDI.10.html
And you should actually have created your own thread instead of using this one.

So $25 unlocks Pinnacle Studio 23 Ultimate? Not bad at all. Deals from Humble Bundle normally gives you a program version that has already been superseded, but Pinnacle Studio 23 was released only a month ago. I'm currently running Pinnacle Studio 19 Ultimate and the upgrade price for me would normally have been around $75. As I normally upgrade every third or fourth version this Humble Bundle came pretty timely. Of course I bought it. Thanks Corel.

I've sold several of my freebies there for $5...I'm not greedy...and this one I'm keeping
Yup, I know. I was more thinking of sellers like this: https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=524581
As it’s a new license the normal iLok transfer fee doesn’t apply, so $25 is money straight down into his pocket. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t know that Digital Synsations is a regular freebie and thinks $25 is a bargain.

It's a shame I can't use any of UVI's products, I am still on Windows 7
Although Windows 7 is no longer officially supported by UVI you can still use UVI Workstation on that OS. While still running Windows 7 I sometimes in the end noticed some unresponsiveness trying to navigate to some instrument’s own Settings and Effects pages, but that was normally possible to circumvent by first clicking on the EDIT, EFFECTS or ARP tab at the top of the Workstation GUI.

It’s comforting that some things just never change. Must be the fourth or fifth time that UVI gives Digital Synsations away for free. And once in a blue moon you can still see optimists over at KVR trying to sell it for $25 or $30.

For the Staff View and Piano Roll View to be enabled in the main menu, you need to have a MIDI track in your project. For the Step Sequencer menu option to be enabled, you need to have a MIDI track selected.

I need to be able to see, for example, where the mute tool is. It isn't immediately apparent to me which of those buttons contain it.

I’ve had Nomad Factory MAGMA for a few years but had actually written it off as impossible to use (at least in SONAR) because of frequent crashes during preset changes. After any such crash SONAR completely froze up. I’ve also seen problems being reported at Plugivery and KVR saying MAGMA was crashing Reaper, Studio One and FL Studio, so SONAR wasn’t the only one.
However, this thread reminded me of MAGMA and made me put this effects rack into CbB to see if the crashes still occurred. In fact, I was certain that they would. But to my surprise it didn’t crash one single time although I must have changed preset at least fifty times. It might be a coincidence, it might be changes done internally to CbB, or it might be because I now run under Windows 10 instead of Windows 7. But the fact remains – I could no longer get MAGMA to crash, at least in my simple bare-bones test project.
Ok, so MAGMA v. 1.6.6 still has some problems with CbB: the Play and Pause buttons in the Transport module don’t update when MAGMA is active, the Tempo display doesn’t update to tempo changes and there are probably some additional display issues that I haven’t noticed. But more importantly: the effects were applied and the plug-in did not crash and bring the DAW down with it.
Maybe a bit OT, but I thought maybe someone else with the same bad experience of MAGMA would like to know and test it out for themselves.

As you can hear the test tone when pressing the Test button in the stand alone version, the routing should be ok.
Maybe you have selected an ADPak (drum kit) which you do not own? Those are marked “PREVIEW” in the AD2 Gallery and can’t be used to play any MIDI files, except for the short preview snippets that are present on the same page as the drum kit itself is presented. Make sure that you have selected a kit that you own before trying to play anything on your Beats page.

The New Plucked Grand Piano for only $8 (regular price: $98) looks interesting; 5GB (Uncompressed) 2.7GB (Compressed). Maybe a bit limited compared to other prepared pianos, but still, at that price.
https://8dio.com/instrument/the-new-plucked-grand-piano/
As all 8dio libraries, it requires the full retail version of Kontakt.

Try this.
Input is set to Omni. Channel is set to "MIDI Channel 1" and "MIDI Channel 2" respectively. Kontakt is set correspondingly. In Preferences I've got "Always Echo Current MIDI Track" enabled.

Assuming that you've got a Korg PCG file, according to the author here’s a utility called PCG2INS that takes a Korg Kronos PCG file and translates it into a Cakewalk INS file. I haven’t tried it though so I take no responsibility for its function.

With “ghost cursor” I assume you mean the Now Time line and marker being displayed in the Console View? Using the last CbB I can’t recreate that issue regardless what I do. As Starship Krupa says, perhaps there’s an issue with your graphics card? Make sure you have installed the last version of your display driver.
Another more far-fetched possibility: I can see that you are using your own theme. Have you possibly made any modifications to the images under the node Theme > Time ruler > Markers? Or specifically to the color “Now Time Marker” and/or the image “Now Time Marker Stop”? That the Now Time line is displayed on top of the Now Time marker is really strange (see blow-up below). To test whether this problem might be theme related, check if it persists even after switching to one of the default themes Mercury or Tungsten.

Of course some of the themes have customized track icons. For instance, the ones that come with Gran Vista Black & Blue have a certain amount of non-intrusive plastic glare (what else?). Here are the stock versions (upper) and the modified versions (lower).
But admittedly no dazzling color combinations. Rather kind of like restrained.

Interesting, I had no idea that the SI user interfaces could be modified so that even the position of each control could be changed through an external text file. It’s not very often you see plugin developers go to that length to make these kind of modifications possible, but apparently Cakewalk did at one time.
Great job, you must have put a lot of time and effort into this.

It makes me wonder if all is well with them. I hope so because I really love AD2.
For the last ten years XLN Audio has made a net profit all years except 2012. And yes, I love AD2 as well.

I see a lot of bear related jokes around here, which I think is both unwarranted and unfair. Let’s not forget that most of the best musicians always have been absolute animals. Cases in point: just think of these two, maybe the best composers ever.

Sweet!
Well, someone had to say it.

I’ve noticed that some graphical elements in a theme are more persistent than you would like them to be. Track icons for instance. If you modify track icons in the Theme Editor, save the theme and then reload it in CbB, more often than not the old track icons will still be displayed. What’s worse, sometimes it doesn’t even help to restart CbB to have them refreshed.
I have assumed that this is due to some internal caching glitch, as these modifications sooner or later will show up in CbB. At first it was awkward as I kept asking myself if I'd somehow forgot to save the theme before reloading it, but of course with time I became aware of the problem.
Maybe what you experienced was some similar persistency/caching issue.

The update is pretty underwhelming though: "[FIX] Wrong tuning in 'The Funky Poly' preset". Also, the latest version seems to be 1.4.4.
