As a reminder, I recommend deauthorizing certain software as even if you clone the O/S drive, some authorisation tools will recognise that the hardware has changed and you will no longer be authorised. This is an issue for licences that have to be deauthorised on the hardware they are licensed to rather than from any system. iLok is one that have this clause I think and you can lose an activation unless you go back and do it on the original hardware/OS. (I was beaten to it).

I departed the Waves gravy boat a year or two ago. Fortunately I wasn’t in with them more than a few fathoms, so it was painless to get back on dry land.

I hadn’t realised that I have had this since May. They probably added it to the latest version of the CreativeFX Bundle and I didn’t notice. Handy for MXXX Core users also.

I had something similar with the Mix and Master bundle which is why I suggested it.

I checked out some videos and will try the demo some day as I listen to ambient music on headphones which I think it will suit. Given the features it seems a steal.

How many individual izotope serial numbers did you get, ignoring the EA reverbs?

It's possible that RX is part of PPS so there is no separate serial number. Have you installed it and then tried to activate it?

I am not surprised as they always seemed to have the flakiest license management system. They use parchment and an abacus apparently.

It’s been this price before, the difference is that someone at VIC gave a link to the Upgrade that seems to allow anyone to buy and register it directly.

$169 at JRRSHOP with the usual code. But if you buy from a third party, there’s no guarantee it will activate. But if they sell it to you directly, you have a better chance I suggest. I would pay the extra if interested.

I nearly bought it last month at a similar price as a way to get into a manageable modular setup at minimal cost and with little financial downside at this price. Tried the demo and decided that I don't want the hassle of modular.

I still haven’t selected the freebies from the last GB.

Looking forward to being able to search KnobCloud for plugins with Clap. But not in the office or HR will send you on a course for delinquents.

That’s what glitch means in this context. 👍 I noticed that someone bought three of the $1k libraries for $300 in total. I did consider the Ensembles bundle but wasn’t convinced I would get much use from it. It uses spot mics on each instrument, so you get a lot of flexibility to go along with the room mics.

They announced months ago that they were stopping VIP and in 8DIO style they had a sale. Typically, there was a glitch which allowed some people to use a 60% off code when they were already over 50% off. So the Extremes Ensemble Bundle was $99 for a short while. As well as the Guitar Ensemble, the Bundle included 3 or more other ensembles.

When the sale ends it will work. But considering that 60 to 70 percent off is the minimum goal with 8Dio, it will only be of interest with very cheap libraries for bargain hunters.

Just tried and it can’t be used as everything is already on sale and that already counts as a voucher and a second can’t be added.

They have said, no sales for SP and with most prices under $50, a combined $30 discount isn’t feasible.
