They are internal, they look like slim laptop SATA hard drives.

Not all systems are compatible with dual sided M.2 drives, hence the question I suspect. It’s more common of an issue with laptops.

This is a 3.5” drive so not an M.2 drive.

I have found them to be fairly quick to respond when I sold some licences and also when I had a pre purchase query. I haven't needed to contact support though.

You can buy from other Amazon countries using the same account. I received today in the UK from Amazon Spain a WD Black P10 5TB. It cost just under £70 including shipping and duty. They will show you the total price including tax etc in the checkout.

Amazon UK have deals on Volcas. The Nubass was ~£88 last month. Also seen deals on the controllers. Another way to get deals is using eBay codes. Some music stores opt in to the 15 or 20 percent off promotions.

There is a way to automatically save the downloads. Use an app that can automatically copy files that are created in user specified folders to another location. I have done this in the past but forget which app I used. They are downloaded as ISO files, so you need to mount them before installing.

If starting out, the cheapest way is usually to buy Reason Lite from KVR etc for $10 and then buy the Upgrade from Lite for roughly $160 when it's on sale. This UK company still has it on sale from the last time, although the sale generally is over. It will work unless they have completely overhauled their systems in the last 3 months. I can’t think of a company with a worse license management system. It may be why their customer support are often very generous; they just assume they screwed up and give you what you requested.

Does the Focusrite freebie version get the free update? I don't have it but it's easy to pick up for $10 or in a trade.

Izotope had a glitch earlier this year where anybody could buy the upgrade to their Complete bundle for $200 or less. They honoured that.

They pulled it early, partly because they ran out of serial numbers and also because it was only meant to be for a limited audience.

When I go to the link in my account for downloads it shows the previous version. But when I click on it, it gives me a list to select from and above the previous one is the latest one which is labelled new. At this point it also changed the OS, so check that before you download.
