  2. Thanks Jonathan. Won't be back at PC until later and will see if all looks well. I may try running the update again just to see if it reoccurs. No updates were running or pending.
  3. @Jonathan Sasor, I think it was at the end of the update. All seems to be OK. Not sure if I should try applying it again, and I don’t think I saw the update file in my downloads folder.
  4. Got notifies of update and installed. All seems to be working but got this error at end of install. Anyone else get this? I submitted a Problem Report.
  5. Thanks for the input @David Baay. I agree that we need to give the Bakers some latitude to process all the user input. I'm confident that they'll address everything in due time. I'm a long-time user and look forward to using Sonar for many years to come!
  6. I mentioned this earlier in this thread. Is it just me or does anyone else find that the ProChannel strip overlaps the track strip? Seems to me that the ProChannel strip should be more to the right and there should be some kind of separation line between the 2 strips.
  7. I noticed that the ProChannel strip overlaps the track strip, and there is also no visual separation between them. As you can tell by my example I am no graphic artist, but hopefully it gets the idea across... 🤪

  10. I signed up for Backstage Pass trial, then paid for monthly. Got billed $14.95 on March 15th. Today I got an email offering me 50% off but the link takes me to my account page with nowhere to redeem it and tells me I'm already subscribed? Anybody else get this and figure out how to get the 50% off?
  11. On my 4k 3840x2160 @100% the Fader levels are tough to read. They look gray and, um, faded 🤪 It would be nice if the numbers were a bit larger (or you could customize - Themes!!!)

  15. I did not try a reinstall of Sonar yet. I can reproduce the issue, and it seems to only happen with my local projects and with one of my templates. It does not occur (AFAIK) with the stock templates. This was not happening a few days ago. Wonder if it was the latest update that caused it?

  18. Is this only happening to me? > Start Sonar > Open something using the "Local Projects" option from the Quick Start Screen Note how many menu items are missing! No Close, Save, etc. Also, only File/Edit/Utilities/Help appear. Very weird. It's the menu you expect when there is no project open, when it should be the full menu (when a project is open): It was happening sporadically, but now it's happening every time I open a Local project. Even if I open multiple projects at the same time, there is no way to switch between them. I have to just exit Sonar to close them all. If I open Quick Start, use the "Create" option, and then load a template, and all the menu choices re-appear. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also, sometimes I see 2 instances of Workspaces in the Control Bar with only 1 project open: And, even if you close the last remaining open project, you still see the 2 instances when the Quick Start Screen is displayed (and there is no project open):
  19. Add me to the list experiencing blurriness in Sonar. This is on my Samsung 55" Crystal 4k UHD AU 8000 HDR TV, 3840x2160 with Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming OC (rev 2.0), 12GB of GDDR6 VRAM / 7680 x 4320 Max Digital Resolution. Here are some side-by-side images from CbB and Sonar. Sonar seems more blurry. I'm clueless when it comes to this vector graphics stuff, just hoping things can be made sharper and maybe with larger fonts - note how much smaller the fader font is on Sonar.
  20. I'm having this issue with Sonar, but not sure it is expected behavior, as I get conflicting messages saying Sonar is fully activated and also that it must be reactivated? I signed up for Backstage Pass and will be billed on March 15th (so technically still in trial period)? Also strange is that under Help it says this: I signed up for monthly pass, so I'd assume it would say through 4/16/2024.
