For those wondering F E D E X is a problem word due to the recent round of spam.

That is how I use the FX bin and the PC. Occasionally I may use an FX Chain in the top of the PC just for simplicity, things like Widen, or Width plugins.

Nice to know mine aren't the only ones wheezing and groaning. The first minute establishes the drone, which is constant throughout, does dissappear into the mix. Thanks for the ears and k8nd words.

@Kevin Walsh nothing wrong with mix 3 still has a pleasant warm sound. Balanced mix overall I can hear all the different voices.

I was thinking of the alternate way to do a reset and rescan, not the fun method of manually renaming them. As you expertly describe above 😉 Cakewalk Plugin Manager, which I use all time to manage/create custom plugin lists.

@Annabelle if you look closely you will see it is within Preferences it says Preferences at the top of the window P to open Preferences, > File > VST Settings. There is another way but lets not complicate it.

See below when you click reset you have to acknowledge what your about to do.

Sounding good here Barry, your mixing has come on well. Not sure about the drums either, but perhaps a ride would have been better and not quite so busy. Still good stuff and if you like it that is all that really matters.

Warm sounding mix for me, as noted the kit needs a little work and the vox needs to come up in places, no final judgment (ha ha ha) till the remix. But so far it is nice no problems with the length either, I like long songs

Nice pop song, well sung mix sounds like an Ed job, is it just me being picky, probably snare seems a little forward.
