Fantastic Journey

Fred's Gratis Scores

Recommended Posts

It's been a while since I've been on this forum, busy "summering", working on a new articulation template and writing some new stuff. Here's the first to make it out the door, should have it on Spotify/Apple Music, etc. in less than 2 weeks.

That again was a very pleasant listen, which lifted my mood following the discovery of my failed 32"QHD monitor this morning.

Sorry to hear that @Wookiee - if you're comfortable with a soldering iron, you might want to open it up and check the capacitors on the power supply.  If any of them are swollen, or burst they should be easy enough to replace for less than £5 - £10.  I've had to do this with two of my monitors.

Thanks Wookie, hope your monitor situation can get resolved quickly. :(

The title describes the music perfectly. You handled the orchestration really well. Beautiful.

Thanks Bjorn. For the longest time the working title was "Idea 21-06-28" and "Fantastic Journey" came together almost at the last minute.

Much enjoyed here Fred.
Wish I had the courage to take a dip in the orchestration pool.

oh boy, I could accumulate some really huge libraries then, couldn’t I?

That, a couple more huge SSD’s to stream them from!

what am I waiting for?

why am I asking you?

hey @Bapu that’s sufficient rationalization; roight?

Lol. thanks!  Actually, anyone can get started with Spitfire BBC Orchestra Discover - it's free (if you're willing to fill out a survey and wait 2 weeks), or pay the $49 or so to download immediately. It's only about 250MB, so no external SSD needed! :)
