  12. https://www.soundclick.com/music/songInfo.cfm?songID=14005405 probably should be 2 minutes shorter.
  13. Freddy doing Freddy I wouldn't know you were gainfully unemployed unless you told me you were retired. Your music doesn't sound retired. It sounds like some fresh azz schnitzel. Love it Freddy!
  14. You do good work Starise. The trumpet was nice, liked the piano too, It sounds like a real band, not one those ITB bands The picture is cool too, it looks like a religious revival I went to once, I got all turned around, carried out on a stretcher, promised myself I'd never do that again.
  15. hello Tom, I don't think I'm the guy for this project, it would turn down the wrong lane and you would lose the base you are messaging. With that in mind, I do love the guitar tone, and I think the tune stands on it's own as is. I like the vocals out front too, but the guitar is great. Is that through one of your amps!
  16. sounds great nice piano great melody the only thing I could think, and this is just me, I think it would be better if you removed one verse, seemed a little long but otherwise another top notch JB pop original
  17. https://www.soundclick.com/music/songInfo.cfm?songID=14003863 sorry david, couldn't help myself if you are not too put off, let's collab again wash your hands don't touch your face HA
  18. All is well. Not to old to collaborate. If you have any discarded wav files you wouldn't mind my going off on send them my way. I'll take anything and q it up. everything is under control, I love you too I think this is very astute, except Jackson Pollock had way more structure to his paintings, like he used to much quantize, at least in my opinion, but bjorn you areclose to the truth in what you say. DK, you may be right about the guitar, I notice the vocals are set back a bit. I will have to listen to some Nine Inch Nails, I have heard of the band but can't say that I am familiar with their work. sophisticated madness, unique genius, nice choice of words, I agree with madness and unique, but maybe not sophisticated or genius, however, wouldn't I like to think so anyway everyone here is so kind, but you seem to see to have a wide palette of listening tolerance, you just kind of did offer a critique? It's hard for me to explain, I know this is way out there, but my feeling is this, I'd rather put something out there, then not plus, it keeps me out of trouble, way better than shooting crack with back alley junkies. but I do take it very seriously, I spent a lot of time on this, and if you listen close there is some cool stuff going on, it's not loike I am trying to make a mockery Thanks for listening Starise, I mean that, it would be so easy to just pass it by, I imagine it might be like opening a can of beans only to find a frog inside, a frog with a grin, smoking a pall mall and drinking a schlitz

  20. Kenny, did you omit the emoji for this post? I'm not sure what you mean, please explain, did you mean ? or did you mean? if you meant ?, then right back at you? if you meant?, then I guess I'm outta here because I was trying to imply that just like there are a myriad of ways to play the same notes, there is a myriad of ways to say bacon. Aw what the hell I'm outta here anyway Life is Good

  24. Yes, I killed it. Sometimes I do that. I liken it to milk in the fridge, sometimes it gets an off flavor and I need to dump it, It makes more space for other stuff from other people. It was a great song, to me, but not so much for others, there will be more, but this one got the axe.
  25. A good reason to be disenchanted. I have to agree to a degree. For me, I never made it past ST3 either, but I did get it at a crossgrade price that I felt was reasonable, $99 when it first came out. There are 4000 different instruments in ST3, and some are quite good if I dig through the library (4000 takes a long time to audition.) There are also several thousand midi patterns, and the set of effects are nice. So for me I feel I got my value out of ST3. When ST4 came out I didn't upgrade. I looked through the new instruments and didn't really see any added value for me in relation to the price I would have to pay. I see that ST4 SE has over 2000 instruments, and surely there are some usable ones in that library. If I were still interested I would go to the IK site and look at the list of instruments in the upgrade to ST4 and see if there is anything you absolutely can't live without and wait for a great price to upgrade, otherwise, search the library you already have and look for the gems within it. For the longest time I thought it was the toys I had in my VSTi folder that would make me a PRO artist, but then I realized being an artist had to do more with my talent, creativity, and passion. I have curtailed the purchase of new libraries and effects to focus on the shit pot of trinkets I purchased at the world wide flea market. Inside that box is a few undiscovered keepers that I paid little for, while there are just as many or more plastic knockoffs that I paid way to much for. Did I answer your question, or did I just slobber some more benign drivel into the vast waste land of online collective schizoid babble?
