Tom - I think I have everything all set to stay screen drives etc. right clicked all under Device manager USB Controllers and set to not save power. Screen saves and all that stuff off. Gswitz - I loaded the Event viewer, but I don't know what I am looking at LOL! Thanks, Max Arwood

Wow a drum map! Never thought of that. I saw that it has Velo(+only) and VScale(+ or -). Never used these before so I tried a few notes to see how well it would work. If I finished then it would convert all the songs. Next Question - I have been playing with a drum map. Is there any way to get the percussion dots to look like a normal PVR with lengths when I am finished? This would take a crazy amount of time to do this because there is no specific note where the volume jumps. Each note would have to tweaked. I still might like to look at the note lengths and it is much easier to see the notes with length visible. I wish I could write a 88 note bar chart kind of CSMultiCompander. Thanks, Max Arwood

I could do it in the piano roll by selecting different octaves or 1/2 octaves and dropping by a percent. Lots of trouble. I was hoping some where I could draw a curved line on a graph. The only ones I know about are like CS multicompander. The VST had velocity curves (CFX Concert Grand) but \tThey affect all frequencies and only differentiate by in coming velocity amount. I see where the CAL would work. I haven't studied CAL or written any scripts yet. Not sure If I could do it or not. Thanks, Max ARwood

I can't EQ it because it will mess up the tone so - Midi plugin? The left hand is louder than the right hand a little. It there a fix for this? I would like to scale the velocity by notes. Below middle C slope the volume down, or above C5 slope velocity up. Any Ideas? Thanks, Max Arwood

1) open new project. 2) right click in track area to add a midi track (Choice #2) or look for a midi track (a white circle with dots in it.) 3) press Alt+6 (use keyboard 6 not numpad 6) 4) you are in staff view - start composing music. (click note value then click on staff Max Arwood

The loop parts remind me of some fruity loops stuff from 21 years ago. Now they call it FL Studio. Good balances - it is mixed well. Did you do some of this outside of Cakewalk? Max Arwood

Error message when I leave a project up with Lexicon reverb in it then come back later. I think over an hour. I have set all my USBs to not sleep. iLoc is in "Remove drives - right click menu" but could not find iLoc in device manager - drives??? PCM Native Reverb Bundle cannot run, because an error occured. The caller does not have clearance to talk to the specified iLoc. Any ideas? (EDIT HERE -) **** FINAL ANSWER = Lexicon PCM reverbs will NOT run on the new iLok 3rd generation. I moved my licnese to a newer iLok a while back and did not think a thing about it. Thought about it after a while. These reverbs are older and were not around whrn iLok3 came out. Not sure why - but moving then license back to iLok 2 solved the problem. Thanks for trying to help. Max Arwood

I found out I had Kontakt polyphony set too low. I had it at 16. Many of the bottom notes were being chopped off. Sustain pedal and chord rolls built up to 36! I am redoing it with the new settings . It will be much smoother. Thanks for listening. Max

I have VST3 OVox 11.0.0 in Cakewalk 2020.01 B28 64bit , It seems to work just fine, I I have only used it on tracks not on the bus yet. I have 3 copies in a song no problems saving or opening it. Max Awrood

*Does it show up on the wav bounce in CbB, or just the mp3 export? It comes in the Cakewalk bounce down. I choose entire mix. Fast Bounce and slow bounce. Max Arwood
