  1. Thanks Larry. I went there to download it then realised that I have AutoGainPro which is on different version ??‍♂️ However, while I was there I thought "it's a day with a Y in it so there'll be a sale on something"..... then noticed AutoGainPro Mk2 which is currently reduced from 26.99 EUR to 3.99 EUR. https://www.hornetplugins.com/plugins/hornet-autogain-pro-mk2/ Seemed rude not to!
  2. Thanks for checking out the new offerings Simon. I already had UJAM Iron from the previous offer and the other plugins sound like they are more trouble than they are worth.
  3. Just checked the email again and it says... So for me it was probably due to my recent upgrade from FX1 Pro to FX2 Pro. I am guessing that it might also apply if you have upgraded Bias Amp recently. I am just glad I didn't go straight to Elite as this is going to work out cheaper.
  4. Focusrite’s Plug-in Collective Holiday Bundle brings together two powerful audio effects from Mastering The Mix and sonible, and a highly realistic virtual guitar instrument from UJAM. Whether you missed our previous offers or you're brand new to Plug-In Collective, this is your opportunity to greatly expand your production toolkit – for free. UJAM’s Virtual Guitarist Iron puts a world-class studio guitarist and their rig at the heart of your DAW, enabling producers of all ability levels to perform and capture authentic rock/metal riffs and power chords with their MIDI keyboard. 1000 sampled phrases in 100 rock and metal styles are expertly performed by a top session guitarist, while chord and phrasing keyswitches, and Swing and Feel sliders make it easy to construct dynamic, utterly convincing guitar parts on the fly. Grow is a stereo manipulation module from Mastering The Mix’s Animate plug-in that enables widening of selected frequencies using a psychoacoustic precedence effect. It can be applied dynamically, so that widening is only applied when the signal exceeds a specified threshold, bringing life and movement to individual tracks and mixes. Finally, the A.I.-driven Balancer, by sonible in partnership with Focusrite, automatically adjusts a range of under-the-hood filters in order to find the right spectral balance for the input signal based on a range of tailored instrumental and vocal profiles. Choose a character setting to tailor the sound – Neutral, Warm or Bright – and ramp up the Intensity to fix bad recordings or make good ones sound even better. UJAM Virtual Guitarist Iron retails for €129 and Mastering The Mix Grow retails for £17, but Plug-in Collective members can download both, plus sonible Balancer, for free from their Focusrite account, from 14th November 2019 to 16th January 2020. https://focusrite.com/news/plug-collective-holiday-bundle
  5. I would have posted it Larry but it has my email address embedded in it.

    cubase 10.5 released

Thanks Simon. I like the look of the new features in PS2 and I think I only paid 10 GBP for the PS1 Pro upgrade so no biggie as far as I'm concerned. Makes the case for upgrading to 10.5 a bit more tempting (especially if the price is lowered for BF).

    cubase 10.5 released

Could someone just clarify something--- I have Cubase 10 Pro and also purchased the PadShop Pro upgrade (fortunately it was super cheap). If I update to Cubase 10.5 Pro does that come with PadShop 2 or do I have to purchase that separately? The videos I have watched seem to imply that PS2 is included in Cubase 10.5 Pro. Thanks
  8. Check your emails if you have a PG account or have bought something from them recently (UPDATE: See below for more details). I received an email from them this morning entitled "Take a survey, get a $20 gift". It didn't take long to complete and I then received an email with a voucher for 20 USD. I currently have FX 2 Pro and Amp 2 Pro and I can upgrade either one for 50 USD each. So I will probably use the voucher to get FX 2 Elite for 30 USD.
  9. Probably pining for the fjords!
  10. I sleep all night and I work all day.
  11. Kaspersky gave this message... (I have altered the above URL to prevent anyone clicking on it accidentally)
  12. I'm also on V Collection 6. If it was nearer 60 I would do the upgrade. Can't recall do any of the re-sellers ever do it for less Larry?
  13. Getting closer to tempting.
  14. Nice, thanks Frank. Hoping it'll be Horizon this year.
  15. This came in a KontaktHub BF email. Includes.... Chromatix Synergenesis The Orbitone Collection I and II The Pentodian Resonator Choir The String Collection The String Collection II 75% off $142.08 --> $35.52 https://www.kontakthub.com/bundle/cinematics/
  16. I didn't read anything! I didn't even try it in a DAW - for quick demos I always use Cantabile (free version). I just inserted it into Cantabile routed my keyboard MIDI to Chordpotion and routed its MIDI o/p to MassiveX. Then played with the presets and got some really groovy things going on! This video was also useful for a quickstart...
  17. Yes I am keeping an eye on that one too Mesh. Don't think they had a BF deal last year so fingers crossed for this year. Just trying chordpotion demo and really like it. Just..... gotta.... hang..... on.... for..... BF ?
  18. Thanks Larry. Kind of like an "EzKeys on steroids" MIDI plugin although obviously it works slightly differently. You feed it plain MIDI chords and it can create up to 4 lines of patterns (Top - melody, Chords, Bass and Extra). You can apply one of the many built in presets to each line and apply many different randomisations to each line or globally. Will give the demo a try for sure. I noticed from TTF's VI-Control thread for last year that Feelyoursound had a 15% BF sale last year but I don't know if that was in addition to the existing bundle reductions. So I'm going to wait and see what happens this year for BF as I am also interested in Sundog Studio and Melodicflow.
  19. Thanks Larry. Also noticed a couple of updates on their plugins so might be worth checking if you have any of them. e.g. Deleight is now v1.1.2 and Distortion now v1.0.1. I also have Tube Modulator and Xenoverb which are both on v1.1 (no change for me). SEE BELOW... EDIT: After checking in more detail it seems that Audiority are a bit lax at updating their in-app version numbers. Here's a screenshot showing Control Panel's view of the version of Deleight installed versus the app itself. The same is true of Distortion. So only update them if you like wasting time. I have emailed the developer!
  20. Sorry, my mistake I just checked and Melodyne was in the installer but it may be that the installer is generic for different editions as it looks as though you only get a Melodyne license with one of the higher editions (Acid Pro Next, Acid Pro Next 365 and Acid Pro Next Suite). I have removed that misinformation from my post now. See here for a comparison of editions.... https://www.magix.com/us/music/acid/acid-pro/version-comparison/#c1045545
  21. It was an option in the installer but come to think of it I don't recall seeing a license anywhere. Will check again later as I'm not near my PC at present.
  22. Thanks for your help Kenny. I will have a deeper delve today. EDIT: Yes that was it Kenny - wasn't expecting to find the download within the program itself but I guess Magix software tends to be a bit like that. I have to say that I was impressed with the demo song (New World). I remember Acid from a good few years ago but never really considered it to be my kind of thing. However, it definitely looks worthy of further investigation (even though I got it for my daughter ) Some of the other posts in this thread have also piqued my interest ?? I was also surprised to see that it included Melodyne (Essential I assume) which I don't need as I have Editor but could resell to make the effective cost zero or maybe even a small profit!
  23. Glad to hear that you got it sorted Kenny. I have finally got around to installing this and it installed OK and scanned all of my plugins without any dramas apart from one WaveShell vst. Only issue is there are no loops. The installation program didn't offer to install any and l don't see any in my account. I thought it came with 9Gb of them? If so does anyone know how to get them? Thanks
  24. Thanks matey. Knew I could count on you.
