Have to admit that I haven't really used Bandlab but maybe I will in future (@zinct ). I have just followed you and listening to I Hear You Knocking (another great cover btw).
-
Thanks simon. I was looking for a Neon Buzz for an old track I am revisiting at the moment! The others look pretty useful too ?
-
Happy New Year piotr, Larry and all! Looking forward to many great deals in 2020! ?
-
Enjoying Reason intro and the plugin works as advertised in CbB. Also picked up a few addons in their sale which is still on for a few hours. https://www.reasonstudios.com/shop/deals/

Wow! What a great voice. To take on a song like that singing live with just piano accompaniment takes guts and talent which she appears to have in abundance. Well done.
-
Hey, I just hope that I can compose things half as well as you when I am your age! Wishing you peace for the New Year.
-
Excellent cover! The vocals are particularly lush with excellent harmonies.
-
Apologies, it wasn't meant as a criticism for what is an excellent piece. Just thought you might have missed it. Well done anyway and I hope your health improves in the New Year.

That is weird! I just tried it with Silk and it worked fine adding a kind of shimmering sound with the Infinity patch. Here's a short piece with the first 8 bars using the Silk patch Fat and Vivid (Vivid Picking) with Fin Micro disabled and the second 8 bars with Fin Micro set to 50% mix. Silk Fin.mp3

Nice composition Larry. Must have taken quite a bit of work. Only thing I noticed listening on headphones is a short burst of "noise" at around 37 seconds only in the left channel.
-
I can only echo the comments of others - great tone and playing on that oh so smooth sounding Guild. The horns do sound fantastic and what a combination with your guitar. A top notch way to end the year. Well done!
-
Nice composition Wookie. I like how it developed over time and those classic Korg sounds fit perfectly. It had a positive vibe which is a good way to start the new year!
-
Probably based on the most recent Early Access version but will have to wait for the official announcement to see if anything else has changed....

Thanks, I had forgotten about some old Humble Bundle deals with these vouchers. I used the Humble Bundle 2018 (the one with Vegas Pro 14) code to get Stranger Synths for free and also the one with Vegas Pro 15 (9.99 voucher) to get Game of Tones free. I opted for the Royalty Free version for both. You get OGG and WAV versions.

Thanks for the encouraging comments Mesh ?? ?? I'm also guilty of not frequenting here as often as I should. Hope to hear some of your songs in the new year.
-
Thanks for the great comments guys. Hope you both enjoy the festivities!

Oh boy, soooo tempted by this. Can't believe the low hard drive usage either (or that I missed that pricing error while I was away). So is this correct....The Orchestra is 6.65 Gb and the Complete Upgrade adds another 11.1 Gb? So a total of ~ 17.75 Gb ?

Gotta admit @Mesh Mercuriall SS11X sounds pretty great for 27 bucks! Here's the link if anyone else wants it... https://mercuriall.com/cms/details_ss-11x

Cheers Mesh, will also look into that one. Just when I thought it was going to be a cheap(er) Christmas than usual ?
-
Agreed, pretty poor marketing from the new company. Then again it's the first sale on ReValver I can recall in a while. TBH I am tempted to go for it as PG keep offering me the wrong Bias upgrade package and way too costly.
-
Some great prices there Larry. Especially bargain MODO bass and Groove3 for someone! I have both otherwise would be biting your hand off
-
Thanks Fleer and Larry! I'm surprised how expressive Xaxaphone is for a freebie. Must check out the other stuff. Lots still to download!
-
Paid the same around BF and it's well worth that much. Pigments is a different beast and well worth the extra. At these prices just get both!
-
Thanks jesse, much appreciated.

Snap! Great minds think alike or words to that effect. Anyway, I really love your version. Great job all round from the Forum Monkeys!
