  1. @Peter - IK Multimedia - Please send along our THANK YOU to the powers that give quality free plugins away!
  2. I know the Eternal Madness sales are every week - and they are a great way to pick up a Melda plugin for 1/2 off. We all know the drill by now. https://www.meldaproduction.com/ But of particular note this week is MDrumEnhancer - at least to me. There are lots of drum replacement plugins out there, but I never see this one talked about for some reason. It's one of the pricier plugins, so I've never really looked at it either until recently. I got to tried it out during the 3 month Covid Subscription of the MCompleteBundle that Melda did. And I must say, I really liked it! I'm also pretty certain, as with most Melda plugins, that I've barely scratched the surface on what this thing can do. https://www.meldaproduction.com/MDrumEnhancer As an example, here's a mix from my SoundCloud page where I used it. These tracks have been around for a long time, but I finally got around to mixing them. (Not trying to push my mixing, but I am trying to push MDrumEnhancer because I really liked how the drums came out on this one. ? ) Tiptoe Through the Crypto by Turkuaz It's certainly worth demoing if you're in the market for a drum replacement/enhancing plugin., and it's 1/2 off right now for $88. (Still kind of steep!) I'd also be REAL interested to hear from anyone with experience with MDrumEnhancer vs (the other options). i.e. Slate Trigger, PA's SPL DrumXchanger (meh IMHO), or UVI's new Drum Replacer to name a few. Here's the shameless salesy stuff: First time buyers can get 20% off whatever they're buying if they use someone's referral code.* The "referrer" gets a 10% credit on their account. You can sign up for the Newsletter for a 10 EU credit too. * (Just in case you don't have a Melda buddy, my Melda Referral Code is "MELDA5158432")

    Nectar 3. Done.
  4. Not to be ungrateful (because I'm not!), but now I guess I have to update to the new installer, install everything, then go through and pick out all of the plugins I don't own. ? Unless of course they fixed that with the new installer?? ?
  5. A good demo goes a long way!
  6. Not on developers, IT guys are particularly fortunate in this current situation. Maybe moreso on the disposable income for all the musicians and users who buy the stuff. (?)
  7. +1 on everything - great write-up! ...except the above. I found just the opposite. Was playing with a preset that had a Delay on each channel. When I wanted to change the feedback on both pedals, I found it nearly impossible to match them because there is no way (that I could find) to type in exact values, i.e.double-click, enter. I would expect something like a Mouse-Wheel adjust when the control is focused too. It was definitely a workflow killer, especially because everything else was so user friendly. Instead of mixing, I spent my evening last just playing around and jamming with my new amp. It's the first time in a looong while that I've really just sat and enjoyed playing. That speaks volumes! Now to see how well their support responds to questions...
  8. And still waiting for all the dust to settle on the new release. S14 has more features than I know how to use anyway, so I'm good!
  9. I picked up Vermilion, and I've got to say I am really liking how quickly you can get to a decent sound. Took me a little while to understand A360, but yeah, it's also really intuitive and easy to use. The pieces you don't own are nicely labelled "demo". And there are also a ton of presets in there, so you can pick one and see how you like it. If you don't own some of the pieces they will emit white noise for a bit, but they are obviously labelled "demo" and it's an easy thing to swap them out with a comparable component you do own. Really great to work with! Does anyone know if you can "hide" the pedals you don't own? That would be nice.

I HATE their website for buying stuff. I challenge anyone to add a couple of things to your shopping cart, then try to figure out how to remove it. ? That said, I DO have a couple of their plugins and like them OK. If you've got your eye on something, leave it in your shopping cart for a couple of days and they'll start nagging you to buy, then eventually send you a discount code anywhere from like 5%-14%, I think is the range I've seen. Worth a couple of bucks anyway...
  11. Here's another really decent one worth every penny! https://tal-software.com/products/tal-filter
  12. Thanks and DONE! I've been waffling over picking up another drive and that is just too good to pass up.
  13. I found this after posting. From user Lorenz_Ambeo on KVR (off the link on the Sennheiser page): https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=294&t=536218
  14. It looks like their other plugins are specific to their mics, but not this one? Great find Lars!

    Only if you WUP.
  16. Also up at PluginBoutique . Definitely a good way to get the FREEBIES this month! https://www.pluginboutique.com/product/2-Effects/9-Limiter/4319-Big-Clipper https://www.pluginboutique.com/product/3-Studio-Tools/71-Dynamic-Processor/3393-Big-Beautiful-Door
  17. I wasn't even going to bother, but I logged in and it let me "buy" them for free. Maybe I should install some of this stuff? ?
  18. The Manny Marroquin bundle doesn't get near the attention it should. Of course, it is looking dated, but some real gems in this one!
  19. Can't go wrong with this one. An amazing FREEBIE made even better with the GE upgrade. This is one of the few plugins I've picked up a few years ago and actually still use on a regular basis.
  20. Keep an eye out for another sale on Tube Modulator. I picked it up recently on a crazy sale and it's excellent! https://www.pluginboutique.com/product/2-Effects/33-Modulator/4123-Tube-Modulator
  21. Thanks guys! If you own version 1, it's a $10 upgrade price!
