Sorry to not be excited about $49 bucks (intro??) for a Chorus, Phaser and Flanger? I think I have like 15 other versions of each of those FX, and many were free. Are they as much a CPU hog and the free verb they gave away? I mean, they seem like a pretty decent company, but... Am I missing something? ?
-
Oh yeah! I forgot about that! Good point. So they're exchanging user databases to open new market potential. Clever!
-
Maybe Reason paid Waves for their email list? ?
-
This was one of the best freebies in a long while!
-
GREAT! I wish the dev were more communicative with their users, but this a sorely needed update and will make this plugin even better!
-
Heads up, $50 minimum purchase to use this. I thought this was pretty deceptive. The email read: Nowhere does it say there will be a minimum $50 purchase to use this. Sorry, but that just rubs me the wrong way. Enough so that I sent them an email. -- OR -- Maybe I'm just cranky today...
-
You're right Lars, I wasn't logged in when I checked!
-
That was at the intro price with the coupon though, right? I think that has passed...
-
@Sergio You had to send a "pre-register" email to them a couple of months ago. You still did better though, that's what counts.
-
Don't forget, if you preregistered on the Sonible site, they emailed a 25% off code. My email came in on Aug 12. So you can get it from the Sonible site for 67 EU with the 25% code at the current price. I don't know if they give you a break if you own other plugins or not...

Do you mean the VSM-3, the saturator? I picked that one up a while ago too. I know it will be good, but just haven't taken the to learn it. Maybe tonight.
-
Haha! Sorry about that! If you're patient, there will be another sale. I got a great deal upgrading from N2 -> N3 earlier this year. I never used N2, but N3 is on almost every mix these days. As you know, it's really not just one plugin, but a container for many... And it really is that much better. NOTE: if you leave an item in your cart on Izotope, you will get emailed an additional discount in a day or so. ?

IMHO, Nectar 3 is waaaaaay better than N2. One of the best purchases I've made in a long while. (I sound like a pie-eyed fanboy with my posts about this and VSC-2, but these happen to be 2 of my favorites these days.)

It's so easy to dial in and is so clean and snappy. Really a great one. Vertigo doesn't seem to be affiliated with PA anymore however. @Zo pointed out on another thread awhile back that there's a new version out with more features. But unfortunately, it is nowhere near the no-brainer price of this one! (Someday... ? )

This one just might be my favorite compressor to-date! It's the first one I reach for and the one I use probably more than any other...
-
They have done this before. I almost wonder if it is intentional at this point. ?
-
Not me either. I emailed a while ago and asked about it but haven't heard back...
-
Will it make my mixes suck less??

I'll throw a plug in for Hyperspace too. They got me hooked with the Computer Music version in Feb... https://unitedplugins.com/Hyperspace/

I got this recently (last couple of months) on a great sale. I may have used it on every mix since. It rocks! -- edit -- It was June at PB for less than $10! Still on sale for $22 and worth every penny! https://www.pluginboutique.com/product/2-Effects/33-Modulator/4123-Tube-Modulator -
I agree. Not that you want another verb, but the be sure and grab the Zynaptic free one. It's limited, but fantastic! You need to sign up for their newsletter on their site. I'm sure there's a link in the forum here somewhere...

blue cat audio 10% off Blue Cat Plug'n Script FX Plug-In
mibby replied to Scott R. Garrigus's topic in Deals
Does Blue Cat ever have any real sales? It seems like it is only ever a token 10%. I mean, their FREE bundle is excellent, but... -
Musician's Friend has done this before... I remembered the purchase from a little while ago, I didn't just make it up. https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1999-may-14-fi-37049-story.html
