...but it sure does look nice! And I'll bet it sounds pretty phenomenal too. PS. I did pick up the Melda reverb for $15, which will count approximately $28 towards a bundle upgrade someday, so it was an "investment".

Nectar 2 to Nectar 3 is a HUGE upgrade. I never used 2, but 3 is on virtually every mix. I don't know about the others, because the only other one I've got is N2 Advanced which I generally don't use because of CPU hit. But the hit on Nectar 3 is worth it.

It makes me think of Melda's "A to D Morphing" in their Toolbar. You can pull up 4 different settings in the A-D slots for comparison, then use the X-Y Pad to blend them. If it's a reverb, it acan be anything from rooms to plates, etc. The GUI is not as sexy as Izotope's, but Melda has had this feature for as long as I can remember. It's super cool and I use all the time. I have never seen it anywhere else either - until now. ...Sort of.

I'm eyeing this one too. It's on sale through November so there's time. But Tube Modulator is really excellent, and based on that alone, this dev is definitely on my "watch list" now. Another option is MReverbMB for $16! It's worth the "investment, even if you don't like it, to use for reducing bundle prices during Black Friday. At this price you come out ahead. I'm a little "meh" about the sound of it, but really haven't given it a good try yet. What really interests me though, is that I'm playing with the "Spatial Positioning" feature and putting it in front of another reverb to move things around the stereo field. It seems to work pretty well so far.

Nice, another reason not to like it.

Having gone through the installation of a "new-to-me" PC at the beginning of the year, I've got to say, this is the first time the iLok argument has actually had some appeal to me... However, I'm still pretty firmly in this camp. What is the "ZDT sub"?

Bummer! Maybe the vouchers are linked to our email accounts? Because I sure haven't used it. Where's Lars, he'd know!

I've bought a few things from them. Never a problem.

At least you warned us this time... Hope all goes well. Stay safe!

Koby! Koby! Koby! He's everyplugin.com just in case anyone isn't aware. Koby rocks.

I emailed support a long while ago about missing history and never heard back. Now that they're back, clicking "Blowouts", blows up...

Whoops! I forgot to add that one to my "complaints list".

What? You're on Izotope's payroll too??
-
Do you get kickbacks from Zynaptiq or something? ?
-
Anybody use this? It's been around forever, but looks mighty interesting! ?

Sadly this company prices out the lowly hobbyist such as myself. If Hofa, Blue Cat or Fab Filter ever had meaningful sales, I'd be well invested in them by now. Obviously, they don't need to, which is unfortunate for little ole moi. ?

Deja vu. ? Wait a minute! Jesus runs JRR shop??

Thanks Chandler! Can't wait to check this out.

Yep! The Studio One Splitter is the way to go, baby! (I wish S1 would come out with a "container" for the Splitter so all of the plugins don't take up so many Insert slots.)

More than half of mine are v9 too...

I'm betting you can only use your WUPped plugins in it... I don't know for sure - I haven't checked. But if that IS the case, I wouldn't be able to put anything into the "new" Studio Rack. ?
-
If you've been at this plugin thing for even a little while, there's probably not too many in there you don't already know about. It will be fun to go through the list and see...

This is exactly what I've been thinking while reading this thread. It should be FREE and you should be able to just drop what you own into it if applicable. Simple.
