  1. Remixed. Reinstated the AWOL low end. SoundCloud for those who might be put off by the video.
  2. Why not? The hottest thing going is 40 year old analog synthesizers or clones/ spinoffs/ reissues thereof. And 40 year old songs are climbing the charts again. Must be something to it....
  3. Hey! This is falling too far down the page! There's still another month left!
  4. No. The staff view is rather rudimentary. Cakewalk is not really intended to be a notation app.
  5. Well, then maybe some education is in order.... Excuse my rant. This is all complex stuff. You can't expect to understand it without putting in some effort.
  6. Nashville tuning is awesome for layering. I went out and got myself a Squier Strat just for that.
  7. If you want the lowest latency, you have to use ASIO drivers. Dedicated ASIO drivers supplied by the manufacturer, not ASIO4ALL. ASIO only allows one device at a time. That's not a Cakewalk issue, it's part of the ASIO spec.
  8. http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=Troubleshooting.01.html
  9. I just can't imagine that this all goes so smoothly and painlessly for me simply because I have such a charmed life.... In fact, I think I should sue William Bell and Booker T Jones for the royalties they owe me:
  10. I guess I've been doing it wrong.... https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/productmanager/
  11. It's only complicated if you make it complicated. Open the product manager, click on the product you want and go make some coffee. In the meantime, the product manager downloads, installs and authorizes it. I don't know how it could be any simpler. What do you want? Someone from IK to come over to your house and do it for you?
  12. Yep. I find the easiest way is to select the node and edit the values just as with automation.
  13. Nope. It isn't Cakewalk, it's something in your settings.
  14. Cakewalk isn't meant to be a video editor. The video track is there for those who are scoring to picture. I suggest you would save yourself a lot of trouble by using an actual video editor for rendering
  15. Really not funny at a time like this.
  16. Oh, how quick some people are to make stupid comments before even asking what type of trouble shooting someone has done. Because you know, looking to see if there are thousands of markers is "the most basic troubleshooting" Well played. Oh, well since you didn't bother to mention any the myriad troubleshooting steps you took I can only assume You didn't take any. Because that's how most people who join the forum just prior to complaining about how "Cakewalk don't work" roll.
  17. Well, damn. Thanks for the comments and for pointing that out! I wonder what the hell happened? It wasn't supposed to be like that. I must have gotten ahold of some bad crack or something. Yeah, I'm gonna have to redo that....
  18. Yes, it is. Plug the headphones into the headphone output of your interface.
  19. Oh, how quick some people are to automatically blame the software before they do any of the most basic troubleshooting.
  20. This would probably get more traction in the instruments and effects section.
