Sonar as it is now does not allow to customize colors.

I found a woraround, which is to switch between dark and light themes, according to needs..

Thanks for the reply. It's not ideal. I hope that it'll get sorted soon.

  2. Hi everyone,

I've just upgraded to Sonar and have reverted to the Tungsten theme. I have found that It's very difficult to see the grid lines (even when they're in front of the clips). I went into the colour preferences but I don't see where I can change the colour of the grid lines.

Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

It's great to hear how your music and the use of the MI Audio Crunchbox led to such a cool opportunity. I can imagine how their pedals helped shape your sound on "Living for the Moment." It's awesome that you still appreciate their products even after moving to the Kemper.

Thanks Bridget, I did make sure that before I moved over to the Kemper, I made profiles of the MI Audio pedals into my amp. I've been able to maintain the same guitar tones as I had before but with a lot more convenience.

  4. This track was released on my second solo album Living for the Moment in 2013. We shot a lot of video during the recordings and I decided to share one of the tracks on a guitar forum back then. I mentioned that I used the MI Audio Crunchbox for the guitar tones. I was using Sonar Platinum back then.

The next day I received an email from MI Audio asking if I was interested in becoming a representative for the company. I obviously jumped at the chance. I used their effect pedals exclusively for the longest time. I eventually moved on to the Kemper but only after making profiles of all my favourite MI Audio effect pedals.

I still think that their products have stood the test of time as far as analogue effects go.

So as mentioned before, this track was recorded using the MI Audio Crunchbox and a clean Marshall JCM2000 TSL.

Great stuff here Peter. Really enjoyed it.
Left my "like" and comments over at YouTube, noticed that some others had as well (y'all know who you are or are not on that one).

just a note: back on your Take Me Home thread I asked about the cymbals. I can hear them now, finally broke down and got some hearing-aids...

    Thanks Tom! Excellent news!

Great rockin' track, enjoyed it! It sounds great, on my headphones the crunch rhythm is  over powering the lead a bit, I don't know if the rhythm is slightly loud or the lead could be a little more up front. Love your playing.

Thanks for your comments! Yes, I prefer the solo guitar to a bit "in the mix" instead of upfront. I like the backing guitars giving the track more power.

    Cheers!
