  1. I spent half my day yesterday hitting the restore all purchases button. lol I tired this morning on yet another machine (but running the previous ".3" version and it worked without issue. Other two machines were on the latest .4 version
  2. I've always found this odd but, no. Same with ODS legends. They should send you an email confirming registration though.
  3. Thanks, yes I'm a very experienced TONEX user - bought in from the first few weeks of release. I finally got them all downloaded a few minutes ago but did not change the method by which this is done. Something was very wrong, took 20+ attempts, it was crazy. I still think the current version is buggy, especially on the "tonenet" side. Takes way to long to connect to ToneNet load and scroll through thing on high end computers.
  4. Got the email from IKM that it was added to my account first thing this morning. Still can't get it to actually show up in my account ~11 hours later. Refreshed multiple times across 2 computers, doesn't work or showup on either. Continues to fail to here and won't show or download all
  5. I agree this type of update should have been free. But he is slow rolling updates to his products in a clear move to unify the look and modernize them therefore not exactly abandonware. All apple users should expect that any software they purchase may not work with future OS updates. And should certainly expect that an update for support might be a long time coming or even never if they are not seeing the revenue exceeding the effort. That is part of buying into the ecosystem, risk.
  6. Login to your account for the discount price https://www.bozdigitallabs.com/product/transgressor-3 Not sure this one has any real updates other than M1 native and A re-sizable UI update. (other than the basic UI aesthetic refresh)
  7. That code isn't your own discount code, that is the code you give to others to get credit in your account if others use your code (and only as a first time buyer). Also, even if you have credits in your account - as noted above they can't be used on into pricing offers.
  8. I'm wondering how much overlap with voxducker Different developers under the same house, but while they are marketed differently I'm guessing they cover a lot of the same ground.
  9. Terrible program that phones home to try to auto install when you are not even using the product or services. uninstalled.
  10. I haven't done testing myself but there are some video out there about how to replicate it for free And for anyone with the paid "MB" version they even have an interface for it that looks a bit like it:
  11. Without Larry there isn't enough new content to check this sub forum 20 times a day. Us regulars would have to find a different section to add our commentaries in and without a deal to discuss we would be reverting to music or tools of creation discussions and where is the addiction in that?
  12. Uhh for this part of the forum Larry is it, there would be little to see without his tireless efforts. I appreciate lots of contributions, but Larry is the singular figure that does the leg work to discover and post content us others get the conversations going.
  13. Many of the little shops outside of B&H and Adorama are grey market dealers, and thus can haggle. B&H will have set price limits on new photo gear in particular, but they are allowed to create bundles (i.e throw in a memory card, backpack, etc) on a high end camera purchase. But you will see that actual dealers can't take the list price down - all they can do is sweeten the pot unless there is a brand approved sale. This isn't the case for other types of electronics but is common practice with pro photo equipment and thus why everyone other than grey market dealers have the exact same price.

  15. Yeah, they have never been a "music store" they sell some music and A/V gear of course but hence the name Photo Video - that is the real niche. They have a warehouse for the other stuff they stock.
  16. I bought one of them months ago around that price to compare it to my OG H1. This H1n is being discontinued, this the discount. Look up h1essential to see the replacement. Sound quality in these isn't great. I only use them in situations where real mics are impractical due to everything else I may be doing (multiple video cameras, or have to have all gear on a single hand held camera where this might end up on a hot shoe. If you are going outside with it you will also want a wind protector.
  17. Depends on where your interest is (and when you went for that first visit). But for photographers it crushes any local store. KEH has more used gear but they literally don't have a real storefront with things in display. BH has quite a bit on display now and a very unique conveyor belt system visible in the ceiling. Of course if you look at everything they have online and expect to have Noah's Arc with two of every kind in display...that wouldn't be practical with the location costs in NYC.
  18. Quick test and this finally seemed to fix the Cakwalk crash issue if you tug on the corner. Maybe I can trust it enough to use it.
  19. Well did you buy all three desktop app but not the universal license? The universal license gives you all 3 desktop apps and the ipad apps under one seat. If you got the 3 desktop apps instead then there is still something for them to sell you. As for me, my email included this:
  20. Depends on the computer. resource hog when the algos are found in far more efficient plugins. If they had the same efficiency as the EA plugins they borrowed code from id agree. With the AI it is basically designed for track use but it isn't efficient enough for that. And putting it on a bus limits what it is capable of. IMO
  21. Tens of thousands of hours is a gross overstatement for these that hit $30 with PA. Many of their plugins are even reusing code.
  22. These companies don't seem to care that the number of people actually turning a profit after all music equipment and lessons are paid off on the music they create are likely 1 in 10,000. Sad really.
