I feel guilty using this on already reduced plugins but I don't need anymore plugins and I like this developer's attitude so I guess its like giving a donation. Hornet has replaced my PA hoarding.

It is not really an ASIO driver but a modified Windows driver. It's open source and some developers use it to create their own version. I know there is FL Asio and Cubase has their version. Windows is very good with legacy drivers.

Unfortunately they turned into a sub. 2020 was their last version before that. Interesting that older image software seems to work by any developer.

Did you ever think we've turned Deals into our own little forum and post everything to get attention? It's actually rude on a forum hosted by a developer. We take advantage of the freedom here. Try that on any other developer's forum. We are becoming the VI Control mini version. That's my other Hall of Shame. I use to collect audio interfaces. My older Intel system has a Motu M2 and M-Audio AP192. A least I can make the mistake of accidentally opening 2 DAWs and not having the driver not available if I split them between devices.

I never heard of portato either. I had a teacher who use to play in the CSO and never used that. I also had a teacher years before who was a professional jazz guy and never used that word. Every time I hear that word portato I keep thinking of that same thing.

A sample developer had to make up that term to market a library. Or the Harvard Dictionary of Music had to create it to sell updated versions. Oh and google makes it so. I bet if I took one of those libraries and made something you would never know the difference.

Being a wind player I wonder what's the difference between staccato and staccatissimo? I've never heard of that articulation in my private studies. Maybe the teachers were holding that one away unless I went into doctorate studies.

I have an AXE I/O and have yet to plug in a guitar or bass. Never open all of my IK, Arturia or Melda plugins. I spend more time on my outdated Intel 4790, 3.6 ghz system then my i9 system @ 4.9ghz. Maybe it's because It's in the room hooked up to a 32 inch TV 720p instead of the 42 inch at 1080. I sit closer to the 32 inch and maybe that's why. I have used my better system to play Hitman 3. I have enough orchestra libraries and I want to produce Trance. The last time I created a project from start to finish was 2009. Of course all projects up till then I've lost all project files. I'm sure I could come up with some more Hall of Shame.

Seems like a double negative. WUP then expires and plugins not working on 2nd machine.

This is my equivalent of having to use social media to get a free plugin. It's not worth the effort.
