I decided to open up Black and never really tried it before. There is no polyphony using the strings legato patch and seems quite glitchy. Using 2 channels of this patch doesn't work well either. I'm going to download Majestica and see if the same glitches are there. Nothing in the manual about the Black edition legato either.

I have all of the above. I thought I would finally mess with these and started with this one.

Thought about this one bust last week I got a whole bunch of Serum presets.

$35 is pricey for an expansion these days when you compare them to prices of Sylenth, Spire, Serum presets. You can get lost for days with those offerings. The only reason why I avoid Biotek is too many synths. If I ever get around to checking out all of the ones I have in Reason I might come back to this.

They are worse than Waves. Try retrieving downloads to purchased products. IK is also great. What is included in DAWs are often overlooked. I think Waves needs the WUP because their old stuff works. They have to rely on DAW and OS developers to break things so people pay upgrade prices.

Pennies cheaper from UJAM if you own a Beatmaker. I kinda want it but how many of the other offerings do the same thing.

Then it needs overhauled. I have 2 flutes noise free and a clarinet as well. Sure I could slam keys down to make noise but why? Just to create my own library and broadcast is a feature

Call me giddy - NOT! I removed most of the stuff included in Cubase. BTW when they gave away Amped it still used the old dongle authorization.

Ability to control level of mechanical noises of the woodwind instruments - never understood this at all. When woodwinds make mechanical noises you take them to a repair shop. Somehow that's suppose to convince people it's real.

20gb for a bassoon. I could probably buy 5 libraries for the amount of space. I guess the low price is so you can save money for drive space.

They already did that when Sony stopped doing software. Just like all DAWs they have faithful users. Plus this is a very small developer.

I guess the best use for this is to learn it and make your own cinematic sounds. There are plenty of patches that other synths can do. I'm finding that these AAS synths with additional patches don't seem to play well with other synths and are fine if you only use that synth. Using them out of the box seem inferior to Sylenth, Spire, and Serum.

It's there. The two plugins that you think would be removed are installed. Waves licensing is far from generous. Upgrades remove the license upgraded so you can't install it an another machine.

You wont. Image Line keeps their shop separate. This is basically a one time deal.

I prefer to donate to an organization designed for such things instead of getting products for a certain amount. Too many middle men.
