As you know EP gives a larger discount for members and beats the others. So now I'm discouraged on these offers to buy via 3rd party. They way it should be handled is after registering on Waves and it meets their price range you should get it right away. So it's like they did me a favor but it was I who did them a favor by buying into their lame licensing. Hopefully this is the final straw for me but I'm stupid. Try kicking that football again Charlie Brown. Maybe the whole thing could have been avoided if I checked my account to find out my main email blocked Waves,

Right now I'm dealing with Waves over my free plugin. EP claims that I'm eligible according to the Waves pricing model. Part of the problem is my yahoo account blocks all Waves. Maybe the free plugin got blocked. This shouldn't be that much hassle since it was registered. I paid $46 from EP. If Waves denies it, that is bad for 3rd party vendors and will sour me relationship with Waves.

I love this guy's channel. I remember him reviewing MTrubo Reverb and he said he's too stupid for it.

I only use this to convert audio to midi. I have had old projects that were done in Sonar and Gigastudio, I lost all of the midis to that project.

They days of offline DAWs are almost gone unless it is tied to a dongle. Just like Bandlab I have free lifetime updates with FL Studio and I have to refresh activation.

I've had 4 have authorization issues after 5 was released on one system and then their support mad it worse. Their licensing tilts toward "suck". While you have a 2 machine limit only one can be put on iLok. A hardware iLok seems to be a good failsafe for Melodye. I wish both authorizations can be on another iLok.

Unfortunately the verbs are tied to a single use iLok. As for the rest being icing on the cake it's hard to find a gap where an Izotope Element is given away. I might got for this to upgrade my never used Stutter and maybe add the verbs to machine #3.

It might be for the Stutter Edit upgrade.

There's always hope that there will be some naive DAW user who thinks these deals are once in a lifetime. I think the naive ones are the "plugin brokers" at KVR.

Yes on their WUP. My Gold WUP costs more than what I paid for them. They make great stuff but their licensing is dinosaur. If I had to do it over again I'd probably only get their RennMax and be done with it. If they ditched their WUP you would probably never see the $29 plugins again. My WUP for everything I have is $547.86 The cap does not apply.

What turned me off to their presets it's like adware. You need their outside of Phaseplant effects to use them. If one is not into programming synths Phaseplant is not one I would recommend over most synths.

There's just something annoying about that picture of the flute player. It's the left hand thumb for starters. I assume it wasn't a performance shot. Often an open whole flute with a B foot is used for orchestra.
