I don't like the trems on them.

I was fortunate to see them about 10 years ago in a small venue.

Pass. I wouldn't want a trem on a LP.

Some of those updates I had were only because I didn't install the 32 bit versions.

Unfortunately many developers these days tend to break things and I often question if they ever try their apps. I see this more often in gaming and also Windows. Luckily the DAW industry doesn't have a lot of half ***** development.

What is odd is if you have more than 2 machines you can't have multiple licenses in one account. I've had to use a separate email to use on a 3rd machine.

I need to get to the point of passing on these "amazing" deals. It's east on Waves stuff since I don't like their licensing. I have everything IK, Kilohearts, Melda. I never really get to far in anything to actually use any of this stuff. No reason to add any synths since I have all of the popular stuff. These remarks are always a resounding gong that hopefully open my ears one day. It seems something like a car repair brings a hint of perspective but even that is temporary.

Just curious if anyone has ever used the Music Maker products that come with these bundles?

The $20 deal came from B&H. I have no use for the Studio version.

That's actually a genre. One could start there.

It's gotten to the point for PC gamers that a 1TB drive is almost needed for the OS. I'm thinking of getting a SATA controller and adding 1TB SSDs and you can duct tape those inside. It takes discipline to take inventory and remove items we don't use. Marketing libraries is always about size. How stuff in Komplete does one use?

Not a fan of the warranty. Best Buy also has it for the same price. SSDs need to come down in price past the 1B range,

It's pricey for me. Meanwhile all of my 8dio stuff is installed on 3 systems ready to load up with no gotchas.

Isn't that pretty much the same way with most subs? There are the diehards who will go for it. They are trying the Cakewalk model by offering stuff every month. I think that's not a good road to travel and it takes away resources from developing a DAW. Eventually you will see fewer updates and more paid upgrades. There's always this argument with these tactics is you don't have to buy the upgrade but how many people do that?

That's a lot of drive space. An easy pass.
