WusikStation was actually something special when it came out. Unfortunately at some point it became unstable and the releases became more about content than features. -
The other one should be Phasis. You might have already had that from a holiday giveaway.

iZotope Music Production Suite 6 is here - update from V5 for $41.16

Guitar Rig 6 was a bit of a step up from version 5. The new IRs made a huge difference to existing amps. The ICM amps, Chicago, Fire Breather, Fire Eater (or whatever) were improvements over the existing models. Hopefully the new ICM Vox, Twin, and SLO models are also improvements over the old versions. I'll also say I'm not typically a Fuzz Face fan, but the Red Fuzz has something special about it. Hopefully the new Seattle fuzz is worthwhile. One other thing about 6 was that it was the first version to include all of the "Pack" effects as well as a version of Replika. TLDR GR 6 made a lot of significant improvements over v5. It looks like v7 continues to go in that direction. -
So when do the deals on 3rd generation start?

Actually I have no idea as to how good the Gem is. Having more than enough compressors (especially considering my ears and production skills) I haven't bothered to demo it. I'm just saying if you truly think it sounds better and can get it for a steal, than it would be a better purchase than any of the the things we've all bought because it was on sale and haven't used.

I'm not normally one to be an enabler here, but if you can get it for $29 and you think it sounds better, why not?

They had a group buy like that included a number of ST libraries a few years ago and I got a fair amount of content. Some things were okay, some were good but redundant for me, and a few were unique enough to be interesting but I haven't used yet. For someone who is starting out this is a great way to build a library of sounds, but only at this price. Those that have a more komplete selection of sounds might find it a great way of putting unused space on their hard drive to work. -

It would be nice if we could have some information on it since it has been 2 months since last posting. -

There is also an oil can model in echoes. If I remember correctly you have more options in the Oil Can plugin but it does not tempo sync like Echoes does. -
I don't but it's at the same per-item price as the complete your collection offer for me.

I'm into more organic sounds.

The Ohmygod was given away as a freebie on CM discs for a long time. Is this any different than that version?
-
The voucher did not work for me. Since everything else but Duets was either in Komplete or the Soundwide Free Bundle I can pass.
-
It ends on the 2nd so don't wait.

But Sonar X3 and higher is apparently supported?
-
I am on version 3.4.0 and I can't remember the last time it made me log in.

Just to reiterate the problem... I can save a project containing the VST2 version and it will recall the state of the plugin. I can save a project containing the VST3 version and it will recall the state of the plugin. However, when Cakewalk migrates a VST2 instance of Reaktor 6 to VST3, I lose the state of the plugin. I don't recall seeing this happen when Cakewalk migrated other plugins from VST2 to VST3. Is Cakewalk supposed to retain the state of a plugin when migrating from VST2 to VST3?

If there's no prize I don't care.

Just imagine how much slower it will be when all the PA and Izotope is added.

And now Microsoft gives us azure devops which uses the same acronym as their still in use ActiveX Data Objects. -
First, the group buy will probably go well above 2 so you probably will end up with most if not all on the list. The Fulltone collection is great. OCD is one of the better distortions available for Amplitube, the TERC is a classic chorus, and SSTE is what you'd expect. Each of the X-Gear effects has a bunch of models associated with them. Many are models that exist in other packages although with a few extended controls. In the case of the X-Drive, a few of these existing models are better than the original ones. The Delay and Reverb have a few unique models in them. Most of the T-Racks here are the older models and not really ones I would normally reach for.

Me either. I already have the Contour Wah from A4Max, so 49.99 (or 35 after jam points) for one pedal that I might use (Oilcan) and another I might not (Fuzz/Wah) is not really appealing.
