Sorry to revist this Noel. Not sure if i'm suppose to create my own Topic in feedback for this, but seeing that here is a thread open on this - I thought to add it here. Can we reorganize the menu too in the next up coming updates? I've put some examples together. EXAMPLES: Some alignment issues. I think this makes for an easy read.

Interesting topic. The Pan Law and Pan Rule discussion can be confusing indeed. What you need to understand is - like Monitors: Each mixer, sounded | and | was/is build "differently" from Vendor-to-Vendor - so each one had their own law to it. After all: at the end of the day, it comes down to what works best for you - SERIOUSLY! So, understanding this will help. This link attached will help you a lot. Before you read though, make sure your Pan Law Compact Mode is set to FALSE under Audio Tab in Configuration File| and | that you have "0db Center, balance control" in Driver Settings. This will keep your loudness constant in both Left and Right channels in the stereo field. Read here: Great article.

Also ran into this one time. I didn't have to uninstall anything. I just went into my driver settings - lowered the sample rate, applied it and changed it back to the previous setting. Not sure if its windows changing it at power-off | OR | at startup as a "SAFETY" precaution? Certain streaming platforms also change driver settings automatically during a stream where windows locks it as a safety render/streaming sample rate. I have learned to check my sample rates first thing before I create/record anything.

Mono Track Converted to Stereo by Cakewalk [Solved]
Will. replied to Bill Phillips's question in Q&A
Is the interleave going back to stereo by itself? -
All due respect. This thread is a facelift request, not a theme request.

Mono Track Converted to Stereo by Cakewalk [Solved]
Will. replied to Bill Phillips's question in Q&A
It seems like you have Ozone Imager 2 in your MASTER chain. -
Honestly don't know if it's bug | OR | intended. The point of the request is: to have reset to 0db just by ctrl+double click without dragging. Now watch my video carefully on the gains. Look at their different values. ScreenCaptureProject4.mp4

Complaint? Where do you see one? There's a difference between a Complaint and a Request. But to answer, yep - exactly that. All need to reset to 0db without extra things being done. With gain, the drag and click dont work at all. It only resets similar values to 0db and the rest in + value differences.

This should be a request on deleting it in one go. I hate having to go back in to it to remove it.
-
Read the OP carefully and do a demo.
-
Cakewalk right now display it's Inputs and Outputs as what the global language for this is in most DAWs.
-
That's because this is the global input reading.
-
Try that with gain and see how far you get.
-
Can we get Cakewalk to reset different volume/gain and pan values to 0dB simultaneously, with the CTRL+FADER/GAIN/PAN-POTS DOUBLE CLICK command key - when tracks are highlighted in pairs/groups, or all.
-
For the download issue - disable your antivirus temporarily - it's a common problem outside of Cakewalk. Windows Defender blocks it too.

I'm not talking about instrument tracks. I'm talking about regular Audio Tracks - NOT INSTRUMENT INSERTS. When inserting a SAMPLE, I want to choose MONO or STEREO from the dialog box. Same for the PC insert button shortcut. The SAME goes for recording VOCALS /GUITARS. And every time I press the INSERT key it should keep the memory. A

I dont drink: but, I will definitely raise a glass to this right here. ?

Too much effect of the Console and Tape Emulators (The more tracks you add, the more of the effect is being added.) It could be the recording too at "high volume" or fan noises. It could be anything - as there's not enough information for us to go by.
-
+1 it would be nice see a facelift to them.

I know your thread is about the Sonitus Multiband, but I just want to elaborate on the idea. I prefer to use the Sonitus Delay on my Drums and Guitars to create a Spread Stereo | Chorus OR Tom Rolls effect. Like @bitflipper said. If it works - well, it works.

Feature Request: Existing Audio Automation Writing Option
Will. replied to Prem's topic in Feedback Loop
I just did a test with this. You can draw in nodes before you record - record you melody or vocal and it works. Though, it doesnt work as how I had it in my head - LOL. -
Feature Request: Existing Audio Automation Writing Option
Will. replied to Prem's topic in Feedback Loop
Do you want cakewalk to draw nodes in as you record with the envelope itself? Don't get me wrong: I like the sound of it and the idea - but that will come with so many complications and not to mention a messy situation. You gona sit with thousands of nodes, as it will be written in by a fraction of a millisecond. That means, a node on ever fraction of a millisecond value. Even on a 128note or 1/4note - it'll be a messy situation. It'll bring limitation to every send knob, channel fader/slider, and effect - as it will lock up all the information. And having to work every node then, wouldn't be a speedy workflow at all. That's why the straight linear line was the best option with the invention of the Automation in every DAW and Software that uses Automation lanes. -
I could, but creating themes are so 2000's and done unattractively with the theme app. (No disrespect) Plus, there's no way for the user to get the exact look or even close as this one because the console need to look the part as well.
