  1. Agreed. But, and maybe it’s my tired ears combined with the Bose wireless cans, the vocal is a bit “smeared” here (bad adjective, I know, but I could not come up with a better one), I had trouble understanding the lyrics. Mark mentioned the “quick passages”; my advice limit the vocal “runs”, I know it’s the “style”, but I find it distracting, and certainly didn’t help intelligibility. ?’s here on the songwriting. As to your mixing, I give it a B+. hope to hear more in the future. t
  2. Listened, enjoyed. Was aware of Möbius strips, but of course not in this context. t btw: checked out Joy Of X, thanks for the link
  3. Hey, I resemble that remark! t to heck with the Jones', I'm trying to keep up with the Bapu's...
  4. Something up at SoundClick? Jesse, you didn't pull everything down; did you??? t
  5. Some have had problems with IKM’s VST3’s. We’re it me, I’d install the VST2. YMMV t
  6. Forgive me if it’s stated above; VST2 or VST3? or both? t
  7. Nice ballad Rex. The cello (I think it’s a cello, viola?) a loop or a synth? Very well done if that’s a synth. t

As always very much enjoyed! kinda “trippy” t
  9. I’m listening on the phone via Bose wireless cans. I don’t hear anything “off”. HTH t
  10. Unfortunately more poignant every single day! t a wise man once said “a house divided can not stand”
  11. So where do you think it’s lacking? t

    No GOD

    Enjoyed the percussion Jack. t
  13. I guess we’ll never know. t Interesting graphics Jesse, what are those from?
  14. ? ‘s You’re actually playing a chromatic harp, or is that a synth patch? t I’d vary that kick a little, it’s eighth note between hits; right? (when it’s doubled) I shorten that up a bit once in a while

Sounding good here (Bose headphones today) t I did miss your hot guitar licks
  16. Always a fan here. ?‘s t
  17. One way or the other, I would lean towards the latter. If you have EZD2 it’s really a no-brainer. If you are getting what you need from another VSTi, then collecting “groove” pacs, even at the 6 pac price, gets a bit spendy. I’m “all in” with the ToonTrack eco system; no regrets. But I always caution those who are thinking about taking the “plunge”. Forewarned is for armed… t
  18. Pretty good run thru with Bandmate here at Shootie School. I think he's just scratching the surface (I know that's all I've done) and I suspect that Toon will continue to refine/expand. Of course, I'm "committed" to the Toon eco system, so what else would I think? (Or maybe I should just be committed ?) t
  19. Every time I clicked in the comment section it bounced the cursor out. Maybe something on my laptop. t
  20. I’m using it, but there’s a learning curve. t
  21. Singer Songwriter: I have a couple of things in the works Modern Pop: Here's a cue I wrote I'll be picking the others now that I have the sixpac t
  22. So I guess I'm the only one who has heard the re-mix? I did not hear the "issues" some reported so I guess you're good to go. As to the "repetition", isn't that kind of a "thing" in the genre? (three minute rocker here, so what do I know?) t
