  1. Yep, figured as much, as I said I was surprised I didn't already have it...
  2. No, they have become my GOTO for most things ToonTrack. I was referring to the ROCK! EZX. BTW, 6 packs are $83 (well two days ago) Last time I bought they were $89. (Euro vs USD?) t about what its worth, IMHO (or not so humble opinion...)
  3. Might be you get what you paid for. Not a go to; for me. Was surprised I didn’t have the midi pack. Must admit at $10 I was “all in”. Not surprised that @Bapu didn’t chime in “installed”. Ed is maybe the only one more invested in the Toon eco system than I am…, t
  4. Its called "Fair Prices" Dave. Not to be confused with "Fair and Equitable", it means; You're at the Fair! t $50 and drinks beats $75 each for the night, for the band member thats a drinker. just sayin'...
  5. Listening on DT990’s here. But it could just be my knackered 70 year old ears. t
  6. Enjoyed the track. But Am I the only one that feels the kick is really dominating the track? It just doesn't sound like its in the same room as the snare or anything else. Could be its just me... t from YouTube "been working on making some high gain amps for MTurboamp" Chandler does a lot of demo vids for Melda, evidently he is putting together some presets.
  7. No issues on the DT990's here, but bear in mind that at 70 my "top end" is pretty well hosed... t oh, and I enjoyed the piece!
  8. Just caught the YouTube version, ?'s. Clever how each chorus is different; well done! t
  9. "reduce the level" It was common practice in commercial radio, that the voice of the DJ reduced, "ducked", the music he was speaking over. Evidently TrackSpacer is using some kind of multiband compression based on the vocal track to "make space" or "duck" the rest of the mix. (hope I made that clear) t
  10. I don't own a lawnmower, I do have a sprayer and buy industrial strength RoundUp by the gallon ?: I'd opt for sidechaining the vocal to the snare. Check out Creative Sauce's tutorial if not familiar. ?'s t concur
  11. ?'s t So Jesse, are your lyrics mostly a "stream of consciousness" thing?
  12. That link isn't working @Barry Seymour Nigel is right. t looking forward to the new mix
  13. Welcome to the Club! ? As always great storytelling and fine performances. ? t don't take this wrong, the verb and double tap on the snare; I thought about waxing up the board. Was almost disappointed when the big clean strat didn't come in... Cowabunga!
  14. -14 LUFS is a good start, many master "hotter"; -10 LUFS. I'm not sure what YouTube is "looking" for. If LUFS is totally foreign to you, a quick google will get you started... Youlean has a free LUFS meter here https://youlean.co/youlean-loudness-meter/ t
  15. I'll echo all the above, much enjoyed. One little crit, I think you should bump up the output level a bit. A little judicious limiting wouldn't hurt the recording a bit. (then I wouldn't have had to pull the volume down on the next tune; ouch) t
  16. Always a treat when I listen to one of your tunes, this is no exception! t
  17. She did just fine, not crits here. A suggestion tho, if she's "thin skinned"; this ain't the business to pursue... Sounds good on the DT 990's here. ? ? t one more suggestion, edit the first link to include the proper link. Pretty sure many have "clicked" and moved on...
  18. A bit on the long side, but if the goal is to keep the dance floor moving; I get it. Kind of a Rave thing? t
  19. Just a bit different side of Jerry; cool! t
  20. apologizes in advance You can be anyone you want to be! ? Enjoyed ? on a serious note, what's the LUFS level on the master? Seems a bit quiet in comparison to the rest I've listened to today. t
  21. I'll just echo all the above; ?'s ? t
  22. Evidently the forum agrees. I was entertained... t
