Hey All, The password reset problem is now fixed on the SSL website. SSL responded to my email with an apology and told me that they had a problem over the weekend and I can now reset my previous password for my account. I went ahead and used the link that they sent me and it worked, I am back in under my old account. Also if you plugin's license information was not listed under your old account name, read below. Why do I not see my license in my account? Scook, This is the message I see when I click Save to create a new account using the same email address I used previously. This email is already taken, please choose another one or sign in.

The problem with creating a new account is that I have to use a new email address because SSL is holding onto the email address I used previously. I only use that email address for my studio related purchases. ? Does anyone know when this sale for the LMC+ comes to an end?? I also contacted support for the SSL website and requested that they either send me a link to change my password for my current account, or release my email address so that I can create a new account using the same email address I used previously.

Hey All, I've been waiting for over 45 minutes to receive an email after entering my email address on their site to so I can change my password. I too received their email informing me about the change to the SSL website on July 2. I think I am going to just create a new account and forget about them sending me an email to change the password on my previous account.

I just updated Cakewalk by Bandlab by opening the software > going to Help> and clicking on Update. It automatically closed Cakewalk and updated the software. My New version is 2021.06 (Build 050 ,64 bit)

It won't install on my computer. The BandLab assistant installed, however, the Cakewalk Bandlab software won't update, It's been sitting at Downloading...(0/0 for 30 minutes. I restarted 3 times and the Bandlab assistant is updated, but Cakewalk won't install. I learned to use linked folders here in this forum.

I just got an email from Time+Space with the K13U serial number and a message saying the just finished packing my order and it will be going out today. YEA!!!

I was told by Jack Langford from Time and Space, that shipments should be going out this week.

The K13U bundle is over 840 GB of stuff, so the physical HD would be 1 TB I believe. That's the one I ordered, so I am hoping for that extra HD space. After installing every thing from that drive, I am going to back up the drive contents to my awaiting 2TB drive with my current Komplete stuff, and then just wipe the 1TB drive and use it for other stuff.

No Way Man!! My mixes were already sounding like garbage before I bought Komplete with it's compressors and EQ, you can't put that blame on their FX's.
